the big risk is the loan rate will go up when economy get better.

所以目前的账单都需要自己出钱。我的保险deductible已经满了，再有账单保险公司都
全包，但是是secondary的，请问可不可以在老公的保险公司处理完claim之后，再要求
我的保险帮我们付这个deductible？ |

本上很值得了。这里举几个例子，欢迎补充。
感觉常飞的AMEX Platinum($450)的AA&UA lounge access，还有每年的$200 rebate就
不错。
再比如Chase Southwest Premier（$85)annual有6K bonus，也抵了大部分。
又如US Bank Club Carlson，每年都送40K anniversary points(FYI,Club Carlson共6
个cat。 Cat5:44K/night, Cat6:50K)，比其他旅店信用卡总送有category限值得
certificate，还动不动就过期，好多了。
另外，Chase Priority Club年费($49)明显比其他的旅店都低(~$85)，也照送annaul
certificate, no category limit! |

发帖数: 638 | 9 我支持你。其实你再加一点，建议青蛙只捂指数别买股票，而且千万别碰option。从
1900年到现在100年来，指数总是捂着捂着就能捂回来的，但是多少股票都被雨打风吹
去。
另外这里很多大牛都不肯说自己的annaulized return，alpha, beta, 期望的return,
08年的return。
分析起宏观经济走势，一没数据，二没理论。
分析起个股，都是说sina要去200，我过去半年买index option每次都赌对，买index
future赚得更多。
其实大家基本上都是靠天吃饭，大盘好就赚得多，大盘跌就亏得多，但是有的人就喜欢
跳出来害人。

发帖数: 638 | 10 rim的方法其实还是不错的，至少是符合经典教科书里所讲的选股方法的。只是这个世
界已经不再是20年前教科书里的世界了。
rim的方法可以总结为:
1)Negative Enterprise: 简单来说，就是手上的cash多过debt。复杂点，就是：
Stocks that have excess cash far outweighing debt but are viewed negatively
by the market.
Enterprise value accounts for debt and subtracts the excess cash from the
equation. If enterprise value results in a negative number, the conclusion
is that the company is loaded with excess cash, hence a cash rich company
trading for less than it’s value.

不是光SAT的，其他类别都有评分的。 所有录取都有分数的，没有定量的， 没法录取
啊。你每年不会没给人做过annaul review吧， 一堆人， 都得5-4-3-2-1的评分， 工
资靠这个的。 学校一样， SAt只是一项， 还有啥race 比例， 啥格外活动。 都有分
的， 你以为美国人都是拍屁股录取的啊。
人家把黑人加400， Asian减 -200， 这个才是最可恶的。
反AA，就是取消按种族和社会经济地位人为加上的所谓限制。
美国和中国的官老爷， 连1+2都要计算器， 让他们来搞所谓的比例， 有用吗？
merit base admission， Merit不包括Race， Sex， Status任何生来就有的东西。 明
白了？ 搞不清楚这个， 就会被忽悠。 就像你那湖北和甘肃的来对比AA一样， 北京
