the Madison St., which is within the walking distance to the City Hall,
World Trade Center Site and the Brooklyn Bridge, not to mention its
convenience to so many Chinese restaurants and stores.
The apt is at the 6th story of an aparmtment building. The interior space
was recently rennovated by the owner, so it looks very bright and clean.
You will have a well seperate bedroom and share with me the bathroom and

我们2008年7月买了一个One bedroom condo, 6楼, 870SF, $37万. 附图中红点位置为
我们的aparmtent, 楼下就是轻轨 (图中蓝线), 早4:30am至晚2am营运, 上下班高峰五
分钟一辆. 每年地税$6,400, 每月condo fee $780 (包valet parking).
老实说现在一想房子的事就头疼, 住着吧很不爽, 卖吧也不容易. |

发帖数: 13127 | 6 上个礼拜送老家两个小孩去sdsu上学。aparmtent是全新的。进去一会会出来的了张
parking ticket。 百思不得其解。明明看清楚了才停的。当时手机又没电。没拍照。
今天叫小孩给我拍照片。
长长一条街。没有sign。 看到红线的地方有个牌牌。叫他们走近帮我拍一张。一看“
no parking". 非常郁闷。也太远了点，太隐蔽了。
结果在写appeal的时侯自己仔细一看第二张。我原来停车的地方一个sign躺在地上。哈
。我应该会赢吧。
那就根本没建好。还没彻底完工就想坑人钱财。太恶了 |

, 但是哪些apartment complex中国人比较常住的? 请好心人给个apartment complex
或townhouse 公司的名字或网叶连接? 万分感谢!!!
看了一下23059的房子(不管是出租还是卖的), 发现都超贵, 有知情人解释一下为什么

整三年时候，屏幕花了，据说是nvidia显卡门，大批都这样
后来给免费换了主板，用了一个月又花了，正好搬家，就放aparmtent楼下for free了
好歹那机器还有个ibm logo，质量居然这么不可靠，很失望 |
