一个是Bedford Hill Apartment,另一个是Bryn Mawr Apartment。房租和utility整个
算下来，两者相差比较多。但LG单位（450 technology drive，15213）离前一个地方
比较近，而似乎到后一个公寓需要过tunnel，不知是否会有不便。
请问有哪位朋友熟悉这两个公寓周边的情况？能否给说说。谢谢！ |

,1个大bath room,1个小bathroom.洗衣服，烘衣服的在地下室
大房间很大（跟一般apartment的dining room差不多大），还有一个外凸的小阳台 房

小房间就是一般bedroom的大小，房租243
我们自己付电，气，网络，根据我在这住了4年的经验，就算夏天开空调，冬天开暖气
（因为现室友是老美，所以她们喜欢开空调，开暖气），每个月电气摊到每个人头上也
就40不到（如果都像我夏天不觉得热，冬天只在自己屋里用电暖气的话，会更便宜，估
计30就可以了）。
最近房东更新apartment,换了新的厨房地板，马上就会换新的客厅和走廊地毯
离giant eagle超市只有一条街，公车站几步路（61C,61D,64)，去学校和waterfront都
很方便

一些包的都是不怎么好的apartment，比如la jolla view/terrace
我们这里的东北部的apartment就没有不包水的，
一直都奇怪这个问题，可能南方水贵

than willowlake

我和他都是安家在别的城市，领导的城市我们公司有branch，他只有20％时间待在我这
个城市，过来就住hotel。今天跟老板说现在住的地方离公司远，traffic太厉害，想搬
到公司附近住。领导说那你租一个2 bedroom apartment，咱俩合租吧。我当时没有想
好，就说需要回来跟apartment商量一下可否退租搪塞过去了。
估计老板也是好意，他大部分时间都不在，让我付一半的租金可以自己住，LP过来看我
住起来也方便一些；当然他自己也省一点钱。我们俩个男人都是比较随和的人，应该不
会起什么矛盾。我的顾虑是，平时上班跟老板打交道够多了，这样平白 |

，不过貌似他家包PG&E
另外，大家还有什么推荐么？不一定非要在San Mateo，附近的Burlingame或者Foster
city都行。

heating是wall unit. 我现在就住在湾区，所以我知道湾区不需要开空调的说法是骗人
和自我安慰的, 尤其是冬天晚上很冷, 夏天也有几天非常难受。但是这些apartment

overall sunnyvale and most of south bay is very safe.
don't know about olivewood apartments but there
was an apartment at Maude & Fairoaks used to be rowdy. That
cross-section is not the quietest, upperclass area.
The area between Bernardo/Marywas/El Camino was also not
good.
you can check crimereport, it is full of all kinds of
"incidence" and it has particularly high number of
sex offenders.

我四五年前住过这家公司的 Mansion Grove，虽然不是比较
知名的 apartment，但是感觉这家公司只想赚钱，完全不顾
住客权益。为何这麽说呢？那时候那个 apartment 在施工建
新房，期间纠纷很多，包括开工前几个月，出租公司枉顾住户
权益，在续约的时候没有告知未来要施工，直接以原价签约
没有 discount，直到开工后签约的人才有 discount。事情
后来变成 class lawsuite，请愿团体也去 santa clara 市政
府开公听会等等，缠讼至少两三年。但后来施工完成，租屋公
司还是加房租爽爽赚，反正不爽不要住！
我会直接建议不要住这家的 apartment

看apartment有没有空调，没空调的话，二楼夏天会比较热。看哪方面对你更重要了。
如果有条件，我一般拒绝住木板apartment, 如果要住肯定选顶楼。主要是隔音的问题
。湾区干的要死，很少见潮湿的问题。 |

them in apartments in Bellevue or even as far as Issaquah. It seems that
downtown Seattle corporate apartments are mostly for singles. Not sure why.
Maybe because the downtown apartments are smaller and more expensive. |

expensive. Well, I only checked out the downtown area since I am hoping to
find a place near where I work.

Bellevue的考虑是方便。看过几家离downtown 1~2mile的apartment，发现房子有点老
，而且有股潮湿气味，光线不够好，感觉有点压抑。所以就想不如住远一点，同样的价
格可以住到宽敞明亮的大一点的apartment也不错。Kirland的房子只看过Montebello，
1997年建的，空间开阔，周围环境安静，离405、costco也比较近，还满喜欢的。不过
他家的价格还真是贵，2x2（1100~1200sqft）都要近1500了。apartmentrating上有人
说他家overprice了，而且价格比我之前问得还涨了。。
版上如果有同仁了解Bellevue或者Kirkland附近相对比较新的apartment（价格$1300左
