后立马让护士给我上麻药，对consulation 只字不提。因以前也拔过一下智齿，人家牙
医都对我讲些什么的。所以我就主动问他，要多久，他说手术要45分钟。我以前只要5
分钟。我问手术后我可开车吗，他说要全身麻醉不能。我立刻很不爽，本来我约时就说
的是牙齿局部麻醉。更让我气愤的是他竟consulation 的程序也不跟我做，还是我主动
问他。我不想全身麻醉，所以就不做了。没想到他竟charge我consulation fee.原本他
们说在那做surgery 就不要consulation fee.现在是他们毁言在先，非要我做全身麻醉
，使得我没法做。硬是被charge 了$100. 真想告他们，但也没那精力。就曝个光;此印
