同个series的，22/24/28差别到不大，但compact/deluxe/premium/professional差别
比较大，主要是engine的性能和功率。个人认为居家使用compact足够了。
sno-tek跟ariens都是ariens company出的，差别主要是engine。sno-tek用的是中国仿
honda的engine，是最近几年ariens推出的低端产品，好象也赢得了很多用户，目前两
个的价格差别好象有缩短的趋势。
你可以用HD的compare功能比较具体的参数。如果local的HD有货，得赶快买，ariens卖
得很快。 |

cadet, ariens, troy bilt差不多。
要买3-stage的，cub cadet有。履带的troy bilt和ariens有，但ariens的贵不少。当
然，和两H比都巨便宜。 |

just take a larger circle when turning. Ariens professional blower has a
zero-turn feature.
does not matter, just run it again
that's fine. I will use a shovel to do a quick walk through. if the
temperature is high, they will melt in an hour or two; if you know the
temperature will stay low, you can spread a little bit salt. they will melt
and evaporate.
when you start a cold engine, you need to choke it. once you pull start the

Ariens makes one of the best snow blowers. it has full steel construction
and Briggs & Stratton engine, last for decades.
you can get an Ariens compact 24 for less cost (with coupons and discounted
gcs)

保养得不错, 说好几个部件都刚从Ariens dealer那儿换的新的. 这个snow blower也很
生猛, 10HP, 32"宽. 我甚至都觉得我的driveway不需要这么猛的吹雪机. 不过看看
Homedepot之类的一个指标都很不咋样的都至少要4-500,好象这个也不错. 只不过这个
型号是90年代末的了,不知道以后保养维护麻不麻烦. |

sno-tek主要是发动机（传说中的made in china）不如橘色的ariens(号称是骚八路的
发动机）。
不过，sno-tek足够家用了，我每次都是第一拉就启动了，每次工作差不多40分钟（185ft driveway）；还有电启动。骚八路发动机你天天用，否则，性价比不划算。
Craftsman咱从来都不碰，永远都是discount，永远弄不懂丫挺的到底卖多少钱，永远
要呸极高的服务费。 |

ariens近年为抢市场，把扫把路发动机换成上海产发动机，开发低端产品线，Sno-Tek
，市场反应不错。
扫雪机另一个是看驱动方式，轮式的不适合坡度大的地面，履带式更好。
春天，把汽油烧完，机油放空；冬季重新加。搅动轮要防锈，最好不要再撒化学剂。 |

if you are on a budget, you may also consider the cheaper model, Sno-Tek,
also made by Ariens. The difference is the engine: Ariens brand has a Briggs
and Stratton engine, while the Sno-Tek has a low-cost engine made in China.

也有个22 in的，不过价格和24 in的才差70刀。主要考虑车库里面比较紧张。不知道22

，覺得很便宜就買了。買完了有覺得體積太大了，放在車庫裡感覺還挺佔地方。就想是
不是應該買一個single stage的小巧一點的？ 我在midwest, 三車庫driveway面積大概
是 30x50的樣子。感覺這裡一般都是4-6“的snowfall, 當然偶爾也有超過12”的時候
，不過那時候估計好多地方也關門，也work from home. 清理drive way 慢一點也無所
謂。不知道single stage的能不能應付。
諸位有用過MTD snow blower嗎？ 這個用的是powermore的engine. 看網上有人評論說
這個算是個ok 牌子，要好的得上Honda, Briggs Stratton,Ariens可是一看價格比MTD
還是高了好多。
在Lowes看了這三個，大家有經驗的覺得比起來之前那個MTD的是更好的選擇嗎？ 手裡
