器无法达到的空间机动能力.由于空间变轨需要大量的燃料,一般机动性能较好的航天器
意味着较大较昂贵.X37以一种独特的方式达到了强悍的机动能力,这种方式叫做"利用气
动辅助的SMV轨道机动方案"(Concept for Operationally Responsive Space Mission
Planning Using Aeroassisted Orbital Transfer),具体方法是利用“减速脱轨进入大
气层-大气上层飞行-脱离大气层重新入轨”（Exo-Atmospheric Deorbit —
Atmospheric Flight — Exo-Atmospheric Re-orbit）三个连续机动在一个轨道周期内
完成轨道倾角改变。也就是说X37在改变轨道的时候将减速进入大气层,依靠大气层的气

lines as many as you can, as detailed as you can. you want to
specify variables at as many atmospheric layers as you can afford.
A toy model, you only have one or two lines, you only have a
very limited representation of atmospheric profiles, say 3-10 layers of
atmosphere. No fancy scattering, just two streams.
If something cannot make sense from a toy model, the chance to get
it from complicated model is little. |

lz想以GCM的水平精度为2度证明三峡面积小，在GCM中不足以产生影响。这有几个问题
1）首先你要承认GCM是准确无误的。三峡问题本事就是争议问题，有论文指出GCM可以
准确预测水利工程对气候的影响么？请给出出处。
2）GCM的用处。顾名思义，是对全球长时间气候做研究的，比如厄尔尼诺现象，看的是
时间跨度几十年的事。论据：GCM无法考虑火山爆发等现象对气候的短期影响（参见
wiki）。而三峡就是这样的事件。所以GCM无法对三峡的影响做判断。
3）最致命的，GCM的精度的确定标准是什么？lz的逻辑是，GCM的确定标准是达到这个
精度就足够了。但事实是，由于计算能力所限，只能在这个精度上进行建模。因为精度
加一倍，意味着计算量大4倍，成指数增长。所以这是个妥协。这完全不能证明这个精
度够了。而事实是，这个精度完全不够。我非专业，只能用wiki，引用如下。事实是，
现有模型HiGEM就比lz引用的数据精确多了（精度加一倍，计算量大4倍）。而作为用作
天气预测的模型，其精度比HiGEM还要高。所以lz引用数据错误，这是他最基本的论证
