没有娃以前，他在家就给我很多ATTENTION，随便我闹啊。折腾啊。现在有娃
了，大家时间错开都要照顾娃，不仅仅没有空腻着，而且相处时间很少，他给我
的ATTENTION 有限，所以导致我心里不高兴。 LG劝我等娃大一些了，他就
会再给我很多ATTENTION的。我觉的也有道理。 现在干好我自己要干的事情
吧。
我一直因为我家娃吃的少，不好好吃烦死了。 天天都是娃做斗争的喂养。
不过，最近几天想通了，吃的少就吃的少吧，弄的自己精神太紧张也不好，
尽量喂吧。 娃总会长大的。昨天半夜小肥吃完，我抱着她竖着睡。小肥
很舒服的样子。想起娃出生后，医院很冷，我家小肉只有在我怀里才睡的
着的时光。有点怀念。
我很少在LG面前说他爸爸什么，很多时候我反而是说他爸爸好相处，
因为他爸爸也不关心我，所以对我们干涉很少很少。我挺自由的。当然，
如果涉及到我父母了，我就会跳起来。

发帖数: 3743 | 29 以前我也觉得一个好，有足够的时间精力金钱去支持TA。大家也都这么说。一个孩子可
以得到更多的attention，父母两边祖父母全部的爱，家里的所有资源。但是后来想想
，这就好么？每个人的水平是有限的，关心的层次。。。。打个极端点的比方，我妈是
独生女，我独生女，得到很多attention啊，我姥姥每隔五分钟问我一次，仔啊，想吃
点啥，我姥爷在我出门玩的时候（包括春游秋游）永远背个包跟在后面，里面是水啊，
毛巾啊，干净衣服啥的我可能要用到的东西。现在长大了，我很感激他们对我的爱，但
是小时候，更多的是烦。。。。PA版的北大学子，他们两口子真是精心地培养着唯一的
儿子，但是大部分人未必能做到那么尽心尽力，或者说有那个心不知道往哪使力，如果
围着孩子瞎打转，天天“督促”娃。。。那还不如不要那么多的attention。
至于钱，以前我也觉得多了一个养不起啊，后来LD说，如果多了一个孩子你就养不起，
证明养孩子的方法出了问题，投入大于，或者饱和于自己的能力了，没有富裕。如果孩
子真有出息。。。还没听说过谁家因为没钱给耽误了（当然我说的是现在，不是以前农

这个是cdc的guideline, 14个月不指东西是个很大的red flag啊～ 不过前面有姐妹说
拳头指也算指，多少我还放心了一点。
我们家儿医是一点不担心这个，说有joint attention就行了，所以想来这里听听

从8个月开始教指鼻子耳朵什么，现在是： 如果问妈妈的耳朵呢，他直接抓上去....牛
牛的耳朵呢？ 人家装听不懂。 牛牛耳朵不见了！！ 赶快紧张的摸摸还在不在。

该抱啊，孩子是不是太粘了，将来不坚强怎么办等等。现在孩子已经小学生了，回头看
看才知道孩子在小的时候关注和爱是怎么给都是不为过的。他们的一生多么的漫长啊，
在他们还是baby的时候最重要的是安全感信任感，到3，4岁才是慢慢（强调慢）培养习
惯的时候。孩子不会骗人，他们的反应就是最直接说明他信赖谁需要谁（恭喜，说明你
和孩子玩的真好）。老一辈的人的观念和现在的往往有严重分歧，很多就是起到一个
body guard的作用，最看重饮食起居安全，而忽视精神的心理的建设，甚至觉得这么小
就知道自己玩的才是懂事的好孩子。当然在你不得不离开去做自己的事的时候需要换一
个办法满足孩子的attention，比如换一个人（他妈妈，必须要说服她要多陪孩子
玩），或给一个可以draw attention的玩具，游戏或活动（很多强大的美国妈妈都是带
着孩子来开会来上班什么的，都两不误）。绝对不是期待在不需要的时候孩子能够自己
freeze。 |

如果有时打他一两下，他绝对要还手。

On July 1, 2011, the Vitamin D Council is planning to begin a free clinic
for children with autism. My time will be free, the autism assessment scales
will be free, the blood tests will be free, and the vitamin D for the kids
will be free (due to the generosity of Ddrops). We estimate 3-4 clinic

then everyone will notice them. Is that the kind of attention you want? I
bet not.
I take it LZ's philosophy is: if you cannot make sure that your kids and
family attract attention in a positive manner, then don't draw attention to
them!

，安安静静能给你10分钟的attention就很不得了，所以他的兴趣还是要保证的。我同
意之前家长说的，语言是个积累的过程，可能某天他就突然什么都会读了。我给你的建
议时区图书馆，给他一个rule，
今天要看或者借几本故事书，几本数字书，几本字母书，几本科学书这个就逼迫他每次
会看自己不喜欢但是又很有意义的书。然后你选择一个字母，跟他说，好的，你把这本
书里面的A字母单词都找出来N个吧 （ 4 个 5个左右，别说，你给我全找出来吧。。。
那很伤心哈哈）。让他写出来，然后问他知不知道什么意思，读音是什么。不知道什么
意思就解释给他听。decodingskill最重要，就是说，如果你家孩子字母认很全，而且
也知道字母发什么音， （这个不是说字母的名字，而是字母发音比如A 发“a“音， B
发”b"音，）如果他能在kindergarten之前decoding skill已经不错，关于单词知道多
少我认为你可以不用担心。因为decoding skill是基础，他知道那个，单词量飞涨是迟

发帖数: 1435 | 42 真的是多动症的话，大脑frontal lobe控制attention的能力与常人会有比较大的区别，
不是“心理”问题就能解释的。
这种无法控制attention span的感觉就像人不能控制自己什么时候感到饥饿一样，
不可能单纯靠毅力或者几条规矩就获得改变。
虽然改变环境，辅助治疗有些效果，但很难有特别大的改变。
药物是target大脑功能的，对加强attention span有直接的作用。 |

还有两个外孙，但我和他们一直生活在一起，也就承担了5个人几乎所有的attention。
长大以后，在社会生活中，越来越感到自己有逃避attention的倾向。。。害怕被爱被

具体表现在：circle time的时候，老师在讲，他就会走开，或低头，或背对老师。 老
师一问，他就说不知道。不知道是他脱口而出的一个词。还有就是很容易被distracted
. 任何一个细小的事情，比如说一张纸落在地上，都会影响他的注意力。他从不主动发
言。和同学相处很安静。
他对周围的环境，尤其是语言不敏感。有时和女儿谈论学校的事情，不管与他有关无关
，他都不听。经常是我们讨论的很热烈，他在一边玩他的，无动于衷。但是对于一些他
敢兴趣的事情，他却非常专注。有时会茶饭不思。他曾非常迷恋 planets, 我们给他买
了一套星球，他对每一个星球了如指掌，对和星球相关的书，电视都不放过，谈起来滔
滔不绝。对每一个星球在太阳系里是怎样排列的，都非常了解。而现在又对 angry
bird 迷恋地不得了。甚至对angry bird 饼干都格外喜欢。经常一个人发呆，傻笑。问

发帖数: 1352 | 45 本不想把娃的情况公开。但看了最近的讨论，觉得说一说利大于弊，就罗罗嗦嗦再开一
楼了。补充说明一下，不合群只是一个症状。还有其它很多症状，例如语言和智力都偏
晚1岁，常有古怪的行为和兴趣，情绪有时完全失控等等。另外曾经有能力退化现象，
但最近稳定下来了，很可能是控制牛奶面食起了作用。小孩现在还没确诊。
我家3岁娃有明显的eye contact和joint attention(30天前大约几周能看到一次joint
attention，最近有明显改善，差不多每几天都能看到一次joint attention现象)，说
起来不算很严重。但即便这样
，我们作为父母也是操碎了心。一个成年人在街道踟蹰，后面随着几个小孩追打，他回
过头来，露出孩童般天真无邪的笑容，顺手捡起一样食物垃圾往嘴里送--小时的街景一
次次在噩梦里重现，但主角换成我亲爱的娃。梦里哭醒，侧身看着甜睡中娃略带笑容的
脸，坚强的我再次痛哭。
娃1岁多时我们就发现他不爱和小朋友一起玩。我们带娃参加各种小孩活动，还特意搬
到一个华人同龄小孩很多的小区，但收效甚微。几个月前还有几个小朋友愿意追着他，

to tell. He is only good at the stuff I do with him. Hope one day he can
start to find things that is fun by himself.
My point is 1 hour undivided attention from mommy is so great that my son
will walk away and disappear in his toys and not to bother me until he is
hungry or sleepy.
It is almost like you pay your debt forward and you get paid back in the
next 2-3 hours of complete quiet time.

发疯的偏激的那是众人围观。所以说attention whore的目标加上滚刀肉的风格那就是
无敌了，比如露露他妈。当然短暂的无敌也有代价。这种自污带来的attention和无敌
的快感也consume人的理智，时间长了就成了像芙蓉现在这样的被榨干的行尸走肉了。 |

如果是因为给他attention 不够让他回国，可能会加深你们之间的隔阂。这个时候，家
长一般都是尽量给老大attention 减少因为老二到来给他的失落感，把他送回去的做法
无疑是把他推得更远。其他亲人和父母给他attention 是不一样的。父母的爱不可替代。 |

他弹琴了。我们已经发现他这个问题，总是在教他，可是，这好像是天生的，他改不了
。在新学校，一次，他见几个孩子在闲聊，他问在旁边的老师，他们在说什么，老师忙
，就说not your business,他就很生气，追上老师说，你为什么这么rude，老师当然不
会高兴，把他教育了一顿。另一次，他在课上举手想回答问题，第二个问题，又举手，
最后老师叫他了，结果他站起来问老师问什么才叫他，老师就发飚了，儿子就哭了。

attention，我每天给读好几本书，一起做游戏，玩玩具，一起出门逛公园。我也不知
道怎么再给attention了，我不能做做饭，不上厕所吧？
照样闹。一做饭就要：抱，抱。我知道她就是要attention，因为抱起来马上就要下来
。以前睡觉一分钟，放下自己睡。现在要抱，还要抱，再抱一分钟，一分钟。 |
