发帖数: 326 | 3 今天无意中看到所谓penny auction的网站。电脑，平板啥的都是小于40块钱。
看着好像很便宜，于是研究了下其中的猫腻。
他具体挣钱的办法就是，你每bid一次要花6毛钱，每bid一次物品价格上涨1分钱。
就是说一个40块钱的东西，要长4000次，每次总有一个人要花6毛钱来增加1分钱的物品
价格。0.6*4000 = $2400. 这东西我看了下，外边卖$1000左右。就算他需要卖家自己
bid来持续增长，这个利润也太高了点。而且绝对不会有人说你啥，电视还会报道说太
便宜了。
搞这个就是个网站，然后或许需要库存。不过客源需要积累一段时间才有足够多的人来
bid。
我看着都眼红了， 哪位大哥说说这个能挣钱不？有啥潜在危险？ |

今天要拍卖的有88个PROPERTY,说是BAY AREA的, 但我数了一下, 真正算的上BAY AREA
核心四县的就只有SAN FRANCISCO 一个CONDO, 还是个和101 freeway 的噪音亲密接触
的CONDO; SAN MATEO两个, 一个是menlo park的地震棚, 一个是南三藩280边上一个
CONDO. (这个我去看了, 后面再详细讲). SAN JOSE COUNTY 七个, 五个在SAN JOSE,
一个在GILORY, 一个在CUPERTINO. 还有就是ALAMEDA 十六个, 其中OAKLAND 独占了八
个. 一共二十六个, 不到全部的1/3. 其他的,都是比较偏僻的地方.

gamble, but I did expect the amount of work that is involved ahead of the
time.
On average, I got them for about 500k below market value, spend about 200k
to redo the entire inside, sold for roughly 300k profit (- realtor fee).
My take is location is very important, and you don't always make the big
bucks, sometime you just break even if you run into some big problems, but

从另外一个角度想，如果咱们要玩一个season，那么最重要的草稿上多花一两个
小时，应该是很值当的。
还有一点，如果谁时间不够，后几轮走人了，在10-team league的FA pool里还是有
不少好货的，这也是对auction draft的一种弥补。 |

发帖数: 14569 | 36 1. Yahoo的average/project value不科学，其实很容易改进。这个value不考虑league
size。众所周知，fantasy world里，真正值得抢的就百来号人。以外的，你不花钱从
FA里捞起的跟花钱bid的，没什么差别。队伍数增加，也就相当于通货膨胀。每队资金
200，8个队总共有1600块，16个队就是3200块，都砸进去抢人，抢同样队员，在16队里
你花的钱几乎会翻番，如果所有manager都认清形势的话。
2. Yahoo average/project value有用的地方，就是比例。你看Chris Johnson和
Jamaal Charles的value比例，这个还是比较靠谱的，因为就是实际draft的情况统计出
来的。
3. Indecent Proposal – 这个是制度造成的。Yahoo轮流让 manager提名auction
candidate。有人就故意在前面拿些中不流秋，甚至完全不着边际的人出来试水。目的：
- 不熟的manager就会over-bid这些人，然后后面就没有足够的钱去抢真正的大头
- 大部分玩家的时间，精力有限， |

ndecent. 再说，搞不好就自己吃进去了，偷鸡不着蚀把米。要是同修都是newbie, 被这
个伎俩搞定，那league就不competitive, 也就没意思了。玩fantasy就是要出全力赢，
否则不如大家聊天喝咖啡

所以当A出到99，B出到100时，A会再加价到101，因为不亏损1元，就要亏损99元，以此

现在的中超也是类似一个局面，恒大的出现，使得大家都成了出99的输家，很少有人能
