Eating more veggie and protein, less carb, in comparison to before.
My goal: finish my first half-marathon this August and get to 130lbs by the
end of August, which means about 7 pounds every month, about 2 pounds every
week. Tough, but doable right?

，人人丑，事事丑，丑得让人无法理解，无法解读，整个电影丑陋、恶心、扭曲到了一
个高度，实在让人惊叹于居然是同一个人写的。共同点就是，母亲不是什么好人，父亲
相对软弱，对子女相对更好，女人比男人丑。Killer Joe里的亲生母亲根本都没正面出
现，可是兄妹以及全家里外所有跟母亲相关的人都联合买凶杀她，继母不用说了，没有
女人可以更low了。August片里的母亲又是这么可恨，真的让人想对Tracy Letts的家庭

想象找Nebraska中一众老少爷们儿中的一位来演Bill，那么Bill就变得俗常、无魅力，
就不能与Barbara的简单粗暴拉开距离；想象找Dermot Mulroney那样的，那么Bill的婚
外情就变成不安分的出轨，中年人的风流，观众就自然而然的会同情Barbara。而Ewan
McGregor颇有谦谦君子的绅士气度，是那种温润如玉的魅力，而没有花花公子的轻浮之
态。他塑造的Bill，可以让人轻易接受一个二十岁的年轻美好的女孩为之倾心，也会让
观众觉得他移情于年轻女孩，并不是因为庸俗中年人的风流和盲目，并不是因为对方年
轻的身体，而一定是那个女孩的美好对他的自然的吸引，结合影片中Barbara的谈吐形
象举止，那句由他嘴里说出的“你什么都好，我爱你，可是你实在是Pain in the ass

cameras. The Nikon D700 replacement will probably be announced at a later
date, maybe even in 2012. I know that this is not the news most of you want

Player for mobile platforms, opting not to optimize the plug-in for new
browser, operating system, and device configurations. Adobe's announcement
