有时光参数不够，就要传function进去。比如一个算数值积分的程序，就需要传进去一
个被积函数。至于"call back"这个名字，就是美国人打电话时说的"call back"，可能
对中国人来说不是很熟悉。

Management System，当初老板抠门直接base给的很低，看在当初要解决H1B的份上就忍
了。
现在拿到一个back office 的offer工资比现在多了将近90% ， 做CDS settlement and
clearance的。 感觉做的东西比以前无聊很多， 好歹之前做的东西是卖Hedge fund，
更接近buy side 的infrastructure application。 最近跟公司提出辞职，老公司竟然
给了 counter offer 想留我，小老板也跟我说去了back office 是一个big downgrade
，以后就很难跳回front office了。
大概总结了一下新老公司的pros and cons
老公司:
pros
1. 人少，business driven ，client有要求就马上会去实施，做的东西比较有意思，
直接卖给buy side
