pot game fundamentals. On the first draw, drawing 2 to a 237r is much much
stronger than drawing one to 2357 but a 3-suit badugi. Not even close when
it's 2357 two-suit. Making the Badugi first should always be top priority
because any decent made Badugi has ~80% equity and holds up a lot better

make badugi after 3 draws. How sure how much in 5-card baduci (to make
badugi). 27Triple-draw itself is tricky. Combination/baduci surely is more
complicate animal. |

decisions for smaller impact per decision, you therefore get many more
chances to be right (or wrong) for one bet at a time (or sometimes one pot,
but never for more than that).
The characteristic that makes some of the great ones great is what makes
them successful at any game. That doesn't mean that a great NLH player

my poker buddy used to play lot of mixed game, including lot of draw game,
like triple draw, badugi etc. He offers me to teach me , but I just do not
have the interest and energy to learn.
If you choose to play mixed game nowdays, you have to learn stud, both hi
and hi-low. The game is too tough for me to learn and seems not have
enough incentive with not much money to be made.

8 handed, quite a few people tilting at the table. Several big fish.
UTG open (solid player but range is wide)
UTG+2 3b (solid player but sometimes spewy)
I am in CO with 97dd, I call 3 cold because I'm one of the ones tilted and
the fishes are in the blind. Bad play on my part preflop.
