To islest, I can't point out what you do wrong 'coz i didn't see your swing.
currently, my driver shot is pretty consistent, like i remembered 3 weeks ago,
it's not a problem for me to get 80-90% fairway hit. recently, it's down a
litte bit 'coz i am doing some fitness, my body is not in good shape, also I
swing faster. yesterday, i still can hit ball straight most time.
of course, if i didn't hit good, my ball flights like |

yards if no wind.
my current ball doesn't roll too much either, 5-6 yards down the wind.
how to get the carry distance? use a device called rangefinder.. |

标257 YDS. 偶常去,但不管如何用力都没有办法把球打出FENCE去.上次决定试试到底是
不是球的的问题,于是掏出了一个自己的球,结果虽然没有CARRY出去,但第一跳撞了
FENCE上部.还有一次在一个很短的RANGE,最远的标好象只有210.球差的一塌糊涂,好像
铁杆没什么影响,但DRIVER打200都很难.看来传闻还是可信的.那些RANGE BALL的质量确
实很差.不知大家是否有相同经历. |

and easy to be damaged.
TM also makes fine balls. I met a couple fine golfers who use TM TP
regularly.
I have problem with Bridgestone balls on the green. The rolls are less
predictible (translation - easy to pull or push my puts, somehow). |

sessions at the driving range to be able to get that feeling but it goes
away if I don't practice for a while. Maybe its my fear of injury with the
Texas hard-pan, that keeps me from consistantly taking divots pass the ball.
I really hate it when I see my divot starts behind the ball (fat) or no
divot at all (thin).
Anyone knows any drill to quickly re-create the feeling ? |

发帖数: 977 | 9 我也很头疼我的inconsistency的问题，偶尔打的好感觉很爽，但很快又失去感觉。所
以我的看法也就是纸上谈兵，咱们交流一下。divot behind ball有两个原因，一是重
心向前不够，二是没能keep lag,iron过早release.我想你应该打的不错，所以不应该
是重心问题。那就应该是release过早，导致bottom out过早，造成divot behind ball
or hit thin. 这种情况下如果地很硬很容易伤手腕，因为impact时手在club head后
面，震荡都传到手上了。假设你swing的各个环节都掌握的不错，那就可能是grip太紧
，导致右手手腕紧张，down swing时过早使力，失去lag.可以试试放松grip and wrist
,把手腕当成一个使不上劲的轴，这样能最大限度保持lag,手过了球clubhead才触球。
我看过一篇文章觉得很有启发，尤其是关于pingman的那一段，（http://perfectgolfswingreview.net/power.htm）很好的解释了这个问题，文章里有pingman的swing video |

on course or on range?
In general, you should be able to set the ball up anyway you want. On course
, you might have limitation on how to set the ball up depend on your
standing, slope, lie, ... but in general, you can set it up very
consistently.
I would not attribute "自己击球的inconsistency 跟每次球摆放的位置" 有多少关
系.
your 7 iron setup is very good, at least, consistend with all the pros were
preaching. It is very hard to timing your "弥补". that would mess your swing
up. |

个跟Ryder Cup的Best Ball完全一样，自己打自己的球。
星期天下午，在附近的一位朋友的球会打球，我们两联手迎战几十英里外远道而来的另
两位朋友，四个老中差点都在6-10左右的范围内，最靠后的蓝梯开球，打得不亦乐乎，
最后我们在第18洞拿下Par，对手救par没有成功，主队以一洞之差取胜。比赛没有让杆
，两队平打，一直咬得很紧，双方差距从没超过两个洞。后九我发挥不好，不过队友关
键时刻发挥出色，打完16洞我们领先一洞，17洞对手抓鸟，我们两的鸟推均未进，对方
追平。最后一洞437码上坡4杆洞，对手俩人的开球都进长草，只有我开球进球道然后第
二杆8号铁GIR成功，侥幸获胜。
对方两位那边打球的华人比较多，他们有一个几十人的实力雄厚的华人高尔夫队伍，光
是单差球手就有十来位，今天的二对二比赛应该算是撒下了种子，下一次估计至少是四
对四，不过我们这边的华人队伍暂时缺乏深度，越多人的比赛我们越吃亏。而且下次我
们去客场作战，人家是以逸待劳，基本没有多少胜算。但是还是非常想见识一下这些高

only land on your balls incase calf injury".
我现在应该就是这个症状，用前脚掌着地时左小腿下部疼痛，但是如果用脚跟着地，减
小步幅，就可以减轻疼痛。我刚跑了几次就痛了，也怪我自己一上来就跑了太远，现在
已经坚持2周不跑了，今天出去跑了2圈，还是疼，走路没事就是跑的时候疼，不知道该
咋办。哪位能给些建议？ |

pretty consistent. however, in volleys they spread everywhere and most of
the times you have to hit them while you are running, stretching or bending.
excessive head movement will disrupt your total body balance. so ppl might
feel awkward to keep their eyes on the ball every volley. anyway, volley is
not like groundie because the swing is much more |

condition in hard-court? I used to like the feel of walmart wilson. But
they lose pressure too quickly, usually in less than a set. Walmart balls of
any type are similar.
For clay court, I find Dunlop Grand Prix (all court) to be good. But Dunlop
Grand Prix (hard court) is not ideal for hard court. It does not lose
pressure, but lose too much weight in the second set. |

t do it consistently. It depends on what kind of incoming balls you want to
hit on the rise.
1. High Sitter
2. Strong topspin
3. Moon ball
Low slice shouldn't be part of this, because it's not rising at all.
I would recommend you record your video & ben, so that people can give you
suggestions. |

着用来打非正式的比赛。如果场地很脏，一场球下来球看起来就很旧了，不值得用ball
saver.
