去年5月份的事情。可是后来一直没有收到支票，我今天本来是想让银行再寄支票的，
CS说已经cash了就是去年5月份的事情。我和小朋友们都惊呆了。请问碰到这种情况怎
么处理？我问bancorp bank能不能查到交易信息，比如具体银行地址什么的，可以人家
说什么信息都没有，一路就是一堆unfortunately, we can't。。。
请问现在有没有什么办法可以挽回损失？ |

银行。试了三次都不行以后，我掏出BOA DEBIT卡再试就过了，应该就是BANCORP的问题。

I have to admit that I did not see it coming (may be that will qualify me to

美国总统川普周三甫宣布30年来最大税改法案过关，美国多家大企业便迫不及待表示要
将税改带来的意外之财分享给员工，包括发放奖金或提高薪资。AT&T与Comcast两家电
信公司合计超过30万员工将领到1,000美元（约台币3万）的税改红包。
美国国会通过的最新税改法案，将企业税率由35％大砍至21％，加上其他大刀阔斧的改
革措施，估计未来10年的减税金额高达1.5兆美元。原本外界期待川普总统会赶在耶诞

目前公司高管购入自家公司股票的速度为至少29年来最慢，在美股牛市进入第九个年头
之际，这是显示出不确定性的最新迹象。
投资者通过分析高管买卖公司股票的情况，寻找内部人士对美国股市预期的信号。卖出
股票表示对市场估值引起警惕，买入股票则意味着对未来股市进一步上涨有信心。
近来市场上的内部购买者数量寥寥。根据内部交易数据及分析服务提供商Washington
Service的数据，1月份共有279名内部购买者，为1988年以来的最低水平。
与此同时，内部卖出者的数字却高于平均值，从而导致购买者和卖出者之比在2月份降
至1988年以来的最低水平。
在内部人士谨慎购入股票之际，标准普尔500指数已接近高点，和2009年3月9日于金融
危机期间触及的底部相比，该指数已上涨逾两倍。
