行重造，一时间“强势英雄”、“版本王”、“非Ban必选”的英雄如雨后春笋。据肾
课堂的观察，在这英雄辈出的时期，对钻石组以上的排位Ban选带来了有趣的变化。
上个赛季Ban位
我们先回顾一下上个赛季Ban位的常客：李白、露娜、关羽、貂蝉、诸葛亮、太乙真人
、嬴政、钟馗等。
在S6高段位排位中，李白、露娜、关羽、诸葛亮经常被按在ban位上，几乎把板凳坐穿
了，尤其是把那些李白的老玩家、真爱粉恨得牙痒痒。要么被对面ban，要么自己抢不
到宁愿ban掉不给对面。诸葛亮堪称S6版本王，自春节前后推出，一直高歌猛进，OP程
度不遑多让。
关羽、露娜、钟馗等在高端局胜率也极高，存在大量高手，大家都不敢掉以轻心，所以
也常常也将其按下。
本赛季变化
来到S7赛季，众多英雄前后被削弱，比如诸葛亮、貂蝉、太乙真人等，赛季调整让他们
变得不那么强大，甚至还有点弱（如貂蝉），从此粉转路人，Ban位上已经很少看到了。
另外一个变化，就是大量新英雄或重造英雄的涌现，让玩家大呼“四个Ban位不够啊”。

星期六半夜司法部代表白宮向第九巡迴法院的上訴法庭提出上訴，這上訴裡包含了兩部
份：一個是上訴本身，也就是請求撤銷（還是發回更審？）原來西雅圖法院的判決；第
二是一個緊急申請，DOJ 希望在上訴法庭做出最後判決之前，因為國家安全事關重大，
希望能夠先恢復執行 Muslim Ban。
上訴法庭在星期天凌晨駁回了第二部分的緊急申請，也就是說在最後判決之前，仍然不
得執行 Muslim Ban，好像法官並未解釋駁回的原因。同時，法官要求原告在星期日 11
:59PM 之前向法庭提出意見書，被告則應在星期一下午三點前提出意見書．然後法官會

根据EFnet 上研究 Xbox 360 固件破解的组织总结，造成的主机功能影响如下：
1，主机LIVE功能彻底失效，跟以往一样 不BAN liveID 可以恢复
意味着被BAN主机永远跟LIVE说再见，而且红了也没法再享受保修或更换。
2，主机本身硬盘安装游戏功能失效 （BAN之前安装过的游戏也无法运行）

merits上（也就是travel ban违宪）赢的可能性较高（可以理解为>50%）。华盛顿州当
然说了一堆，包括第一修正案establishment clause和第五修正案due process。联邦
区域法院法官在批准TRO的时候根本没有实际分析宪法问题，而只是笼统的说他认可华
盛顿州在merits上赢的可能性高。
然后联邦政府上诉到第九巡回上诉法院要求暂停（stay）TRO。联邦政府这个上诉赢的
标准之一是要证明联邦政府在merits上赢的可能性较高。现在第九巡回上诉法院驳回联
邦政府上诉，拒绝暂停TRO的判决，说了一堆这个travel ban如何涉及到due process，
以及川普自称的muslim ban如何导致这个travel ban涉及了establishment clause，然
后以此就说联邦政府没有满足证明自己在merits上赢的可能性较高这个举证责任。涉及
这些宪法问题是不假，但这个判决也回避了对实质宪法问题的分析。

banning same-sex marriage, a new Des Moines Register Iowa Poll shows.
The poll found that 38 percent favor a legislative initiative to pass a
constitutional amendment, while 56 percent are against. Six percent aren’t
sure.
The findings show little movement on the issue from February 2011, when 40
percent of those surveyed supported passing an amendment, while 54 percent
were opposed.
