Easy to waive in, if (1) ABA JD, (2) MBE more than 133, and (3) admitted in another state bar. Otherwise, waive in after 5-year practice in another state, e.g., LLM while admitted in NY.
For those who want to practice patent law and be a patent attorney, patent bar plus any state bar will be fine, because patent law is federal law. |

，一直没有汇报一下。现在马上要到新年了，有点时间略写一下我的体会。 希望对二
月考BAR的同学稍有启发，给正在上法学院的同学一点帮助，也另给旁观的同学一点小
小的谈资。很惊讶版上还没有类似的文章，请有体会的同学补充指正。
先简述一下BAR EXAM的基本情况，美国的律师系统基本是各个州独立的，各州原本有自
己的考试体系。后来经过不断变革，现在各州的考试多数可以分为两个部分，一个是
MBE – Multi-State Bar Exam，这是全国一样的统考，200道选择题；另一个部分是各
州自己的考试，一般是问答题。至于参加考试的资格，一般要求应该是受过一定的法律
专门教育或是在律师事务所工作过一定年限，各州规定不一。中国学生考纽约BAR的比
较多，很多是因为受以往学历的限制，纽约和加州不要求有美国法学院的JD学位。中国
的法学本科毕业就可以考。而且纽约的律师资格的适用范围要广一些，在很多地方从业
都有人认可。

发帖数: 275 | 20 写了这么些，才终于说到 BAR EXAM 最重要的部分，MBE。MBE是200道选择题，考试时
间6小时，所以平均每道题需时大约100秒。 这其中有不少题很长，几乎半页纸。要在
100来秒时间里，读题干及备选答案，思考并作出判断，确实是相当不容易。再加上题
总体来说比较偏，更增加了难度。从科目来讲，MBE涵盖了六门课：Tort, Contract,
Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Procedure, Evidence, 和 Property。为什
么说MBE是最重要的部分呢？因为这六门课，NY TEST 也是要考的。所以精细准备了MBE
， 实际 NY TEST 也准备了1/3。另外，MBE是全国统考，在一定的限制之下，是可以用
在不同州的总分里的。比如我在今年七月，周二考 NY TEST 和MPT，周三考 MBE， 周
四考 NEW JERSEY TEST，最后算总分时，MBE在纽约占40%， 在新泽西占50%，被用了两
次。有时甚至以前考的MBE可以再次使用，比如我有一位朋友两年前考了南方某州的律

根据以上两个结果，E[S^2(Xi-X-bar)]就不等Var(Xi-X-bar)，所以我还是不明白，请

发帖数: 2128 | 43 如果碰到前端过bump的时候有哐啷哐啷的响声，一般都是sway bar end link有问题了
（其他肯定性也有）
好在Moog for E39的 sway bar end link不贵，而且好像DIY难度就是4个螺丝而已，所
以就花了30+在advance auto parts买了一对Sway bar end link，打算周末换掉。算是
我买车前的最后一次DIY了，造福后面的买家了。
工具：
1）ratchet或者wrench，16mm的。由于end link的设计特殊，需要一个固定，一个拧。
所以最好是16mm wrench+16mm socket的组合。你也可以用5mm allen key+16mm wrench
的组合
2）WD40或者PB blaster oil
3）jack，2 jackstand。因为需要前端都要离地，不能一端负重，否则end link很难换。
4）拆不拆轮子都可以，拆了好换很多。所以你可能还需要breaker bar+19mm socket。
步骤：

围之内，于是就报了名。距离上次爬上已经有1年多了，很担心体力会跟不上=.=认真研
读召集人的帖子，其中提到了要带些energy bar，无奈市面上的energy bar一个赛一个
难吃，死甜，从来都吃不下去，只能自己动手，丰衣足食。
我做的是oatmeal为底的energy bar，原方来自君之。里面的材料选用很灵活，看家里
有什么就用什么了。
材料：
1) 湿料
90g butter
30g sugar
20g brown sugar ，我用的是台湾黑糖
40g honey
2）干料
45g cake flour
160g oat，我用的就是old fashioned oatmeal
45g walnut，切碎烤香，也可以用榛子，杏仁代替，但是事先一定要用烤箱烤出香味
60g dried blueberry，也可以用dried cranberry, raisin等等
20g roasted sesame
烘焙时间：350F, 25分钟
