If you have AppleCare, you don't need the battery replacement program.
And they cost the same. AppleCare also cover other defects after 1 year
warranty is up.
Under AppleCare, if battery died, Apple is also most likely just give you a
different iPad, just like iPod or iPhone. |

batteries on sale in the store for $14.88. The offering does not seem to be
available on line. The batteries alone are worth the price.
Great take away for an overnight birthday party or Cub Scout camping trip.

an X201 ThinkPad. They had one a month ago that I noticed on
FrontPageDeals for $802, but this one upgrades to the i7 processor and adds
the 9 cell battery for just $153 more.
When on the Shareholder X201 page, the upgrade from the i5-520M to i7-620M
shows as $170 and the battery upgrade from 4 cell to 9 cell is $42 for a
combined total of $212........so by comparison this is a gooder deal! ;-)
