没有怀疑死于他杀的可能，甚至没有声张，
以至于直到死后近半年由于王立军事件才被媒体广泛披露。
考虑到海伍德的军情六处背景，这很可能是英国方面要求其家属这么做的。
因为如果薄熙来和英国方面没有什么关系，英国绝不会放过这个机会
即使海伍德真的是猝死，也要把这件事闹大
因为人命关天，况且又涉及外交。
如果事发后英国立即要求中国方面查明真相，
中国没有理由不全力以赴积极调查，给出一个合理的解释。
如果英国提要求，公安部督办几乎是必然的，外交部都得派人介入，
甚至英国使馆也会要求跟进了解调查进程。
根据BCC、CNN的一贯德性，即使调查本身透明公正，海伍德果然是猝死，
由于中国政府在国际上一贯声名狼藉，不被认为有什么公信力
这些反华媒体完全可以否认调查结果，
绝不应该放过这个机会摸黑薄熙来和中国政府
况且这对英国政府也是个很好的外交筹码。
彼时薄熙来在国内中下层群众和左派人士中的声望如日中天，
几乎被视为共产党仅剩的良心，
这么一个绝好的摸黑共产党和中国政府的机会，
为什么为了反华一贯几尽造谣污蔑之能事的BCC和CNN视而不见？

比如，我想群发给a b c d e f g 7个人。用bcc，我
就给我自己发一份，然后bcc这七个地址。但是在每个
人的信件中还是显示这封信的收信者是我自己。我想
知道如果不用下载软件，如何让每个人都看到自己是
唯一一个收信者。如果不能实现，哪个软件最简单易行。

for any mail sent to outside collaborator must BCC No. one boss
but never sent to No. 1 boss mail CC/BCC No. 2 co-PI or lab manager

In email terminology, Cc stands for "carbon copy" and Bcc stands for "Blind
carbon copy". The difference between Cc and Bcc is that carbon copy (CC)

张海迪的具体病情网上资料很少, 说是5岁患脊髓血管瘤导致截瘫, 1991年又患基底细
胞瘤(BCC). BCC 很麻烦但一般不是致命癌症. 估计她有某种基因病, 像SHH突变之类,
导致肿瘤发生几率高.
80年代宣传她时的确像年年病危的样子, 介绍了很多事迹,可具体什么致命病情不清楚,

我也曾以为，她收不到email，所以经常同时Bcc到我自己的另外一个email，经常check
sent out email，经常check我另外一个email是否收到。我Bcc的email box都能准确
无误的收到。
所以我又猜想，是不是她email有问题，可能没有收到。于是在一封email里PS提醒她一
下，给我一个response，不管是邮箱自动回复还是一个手动thanks。律师一天后，回复
说：需要action的email他们会在2天内回复；没有问题的，他们不回复，但如果特别要
求，她乐意回。
她不回复，我怎么知道她有没有收到我发给她的材料？
而且我每个邮件都写如果收到email给我一个respone。

我记得去年还是前年有段时间有个家伙总在CAFA的maillist上面发邮件骂人，具体骂谁
的我倒是忘了。后来问CAFA干嘛不把这个人踢出去，他们说其实早就踢出去了，但是这
个人其实也不是通过CAFA的maillist发邮件的，CAFA的maillist在收件人一栏上没错，
但是他真正做的是bcc了所有maillist上的人，绕过了CAFA。
不知道审查制度是否和这件事有关，不过bcc所有人这种事就算审查也防不住啊⋯

我知道的有H1->F1, 直接F1的，又一个L1的朋友已经拿到I-20等着L1期满再转的。
学校：community college就可以。BCC, seattle community college, greenriver
community college, cascade community college, etc. I-20出来得很快。移民局会
认，至少三四年前是这样。
成绩：有的学校要托福，有的不要。据我所知，BCC 好像要，Seattle Community
College 就比较松，我当时给别人申请的时候就不要。高中成绩即可，我的朋友试过用
大学成绩也可以。
学费：community college比华大要便宜一半左右，语言学校不清楚。我个人不太推荐
语言学校是因为社区学校会更说得过去，学的东西还可能有用。
理由：最好说是你有新的职业兴趣和方向，这太正常不过。这是community college的
好处，真的有的课很好的，也许从此展开人生新篇章呢。
课程：个人建议选一些感兴趣的certificate的课，两三个学 |
