这部迪士尼出品的纪录片讲述一个熊妈妈带着她的两个熊宝宝，为了填饱肚子，为了生
存，长途跋涉，经历千辛万苦，到处找三文鱼吃的故事。
故事开头是在阿拉斯加冰雪连天的大山里，熊妈妈在她冬眠的山洞里生下了两个熊宝宝
，第一次成为一个母亲。熊宝宝们一天天的长大，熊妈妈体内的脂肪也渐渐耗尽。为了
生存，不得已，带着两个刚刚学会走路的 Teddy Bear 走上了寻找食物的漫漫征途。
他们走啊走，翻过了许多座大雪山，终于来到了海边一处叫三文鱼海滩的地方。那儿是
三文鱼洄游内陆的必经之地，也是饿了一个冬天的狗熊们的第一个狩猎场。在哪儿，熊
宝宝们第一次看到了除了妈妈以外的其他狗熊，而且是许多许多的狗熊。

平发挥。MH主要是给Williams那一传超准。其他几传，receiver周围基本没人。而且昨
天MH的时间出奇的充裕。多少也反映Saints防守问题比较严重。
据说Bears的防守很强悍。没怎么看他们的比赛，不是很清楚。Seahawks昨天还有一件
很惊奇的事，主力大部分没受伤，除了Tatupu。单从Seahawks来看，大部分主力都在，
现在基本上是最强阵容了吧。几个receivers和rb都健在的时候，Seahawks还是有一定
水准。（打个差，要是明年这套阵容能打下大部分比赛的话，再拿个NFCW冠军应该该很
容易。）
但是客场比赛，Seahawks向来不是太强。打Bears，不能再指望运气。勇气还能有多少
，很难讲。这些队员老得马上要退役，小的从来没打过playoff，按说都应该有饥渴的
理由。依我判断现在求胜欲最强的是Pete。最后两场也看出，进攻指挥破花了心思。按

在加拿大的落基山都带着，从来没用过，遇到过几次熊，都是向后退就没事了，high
sierra好像没有棕熊，只有黑熊，三个人在一起的话应该问题不太大巴？ 还有bear
spray能放到check in backage吗？我在加拿大国内航班带过，没什么问题。不知道海
关会不会有什么麻烦。

BearMountain. Seven Lake Dr一路上大大小小的七个湖景致不错，每年夏天都有一个
半铁人和一个50mile的比赛。
如果你走Palisades,一直向北开到Route6 的交叉口，向右（北）是Bear Mountain,向
左（南）是Harriman.
去Bear Mountain,别忘了开到山顶上停下，眺望hudson River和纽约市。 |

tree. the other two at the shuttle buses on the way to moro rock and
crescent meadow.
the bears are not that scary. they are kind of small also. they also visited
the camp ground we stayed THREE TIMES, maybe same bear, maybe different
