If you think it is not worth it, just leave it alone. I bought from Becker
costing $2,870 including tax. I cannot sell the course cd due to the legal
agreement with Becker. If it is legal, I would like to sell it too. It is
really no use at all for me to keep it.
I understand most of us are just students struggling with the high tuition
and expense studying here. $3,000 is big money for me and maybe for most of
you here too. It is really reasonable for me to ask for $1,000. The buyer

发帖数: 309 | 8 看了一些朋友在这里发帖求购或者卖Bekcer的资料，我想给大家澄清一些问题。
Becker的材料的确很好，用它足够应付CPA Exam。 如果你想买二手的资料，以下这些
东西是必备的：4个Section的TextBook， Data CD（在每个Section的Textbook里），
还有最重要的就是Course CD。 一定要搞清楚CourseCD什么时候过期，否则你买来的资
料几乎不值什么钱，因为书和DataCD都可以Copy，没什么有效期之说，但是CourseCD过
期后所有的题和Simulation就不能做了。准备CPA考试起码要有这五张CD加4本书而且
CourseCD的有效期一定要足以让你考完这4门，除非你是电脑大牛可以破解那个有效期
。Lecture CD 可有可无，如果你自学能力一般就可以不用。时间上一般半年之内拿下
整个考试问题不大，尤其是学生有更多的时间。我想买二手的主要是学生，怎么着也是
一大笔花费，不要花了钱办不了事。Becker的网站上有07，08版本的Update，之前的就
没有了，所以我推荐买至少是07版的。
写这篇可能会得罪一些卖资料的，不过大家将来都是 |

lecture+做题？
我总觉得先自己按着textbook学习一遍，会比较系统，否则直接听lecture然后作题，
觉得还是不太会做题。但是又觉得textbook里讲的好多内容阿，看一遍下来，也要花至
少2个星期吧？这样会不会太浪费时间，战线拖得太久了？

不好受，不过适合象我这样自觉性不够又要赶进度的人。 因为tax在学校学的不错，还
有点工作经验，所以上完课后一周就去考了，感觉比较容易。 然后马上就约了两周后
考far,觉得它再难，用多一倍的时间也够了。可后来才知道没那么容易。两周后我根本
不敢去考，只得花了$35改时间，想多给自己一周，可快到一周时还是感觉太多东西，
又花了近１００刀去该期，最后硬着头皮上。在考场上反而比较轻松，觉得比做过的题
目要简单。不过情景题的难度与becker差不多， 我做到的一个的题型有一模一样的。
要注意的是，情景题中最后的那个搜索， 练习时我总能一下就 |

发帖数: 148 | 38 我没有特意准备simulation,总是在考前一两天，把BECKER和WILEY的simulation对着答
案的匆匆过一遍。WILEY的书后（REG）有一两道挺偏的simulation (税表的schedule),
还是要看一看，谁也不知道考试时会遇到那个schedule.对于没有报税经验的人，突然
遇到一个从来没有见过的Schedule，出身冷汗是不可免的。我在AUD中遇到一道巨难的
simulation，基本上是FAR的东西。
有WILEY的CD和BECKER的资料，应该不用WILEY的书了。
我在校时，只修过两门税法课，经济法接触的不多，就算学过，也早忘了。我只修过一门auditing的课，分还不高。REG和AUD，我是不可能随便看看就过的。很多选择题还是很TRICKY的。我用的是WILEY
准备的AUD，我不觉得WILEY的东西太难太深，相反如果我不用WILEY的东西，我不知道
我能不能过。对我来说，WILEY的难度对于REG和AUD是必要的。
BEC和FAR是我的强项，我本科会计，MBA的Finance都是在北美读的，BEC和FAR对我来说
比较简单，没有任何新东西要学，做 |
