Graduate student. 然后有一个
很大的客厅共用。 一个bathroom, 厨房各种用具，电器, 比较齐全。已经装了
internet 和 TV. 公寓有gym, 网球场, 游泳
池。傍边还有一个公园。交通方便, 离地铁只要步行5分钟(pentagon city station,
blue line)。该bedroom现在就可以搬

想继续住下去可以从5月15号以后跟leasing office签lease)。我现在的房租是$1050，

月20号左右搬入。所以想把现在自己住的 1 bedroom转租出去。有兴趣的同学请仔细看

1）就是 VILLAGE 185 APARTMENTS, BEAVERTON 97006，是2 bedroom, 1 bathroom的独
门独院的townhome.
2)我和一个男博士在这个公寓合租了1年多，就是觉得这里很方便。我们的Lease是6月
底到期，而我室友已经找好了工作，大概6月25号离开Portland去加州湾区工作。
3）你如果住进来，只能住到6月底，所以只方便你在这里过渡一下，因为我们6月底退
房。不需要你的名字上Lease,就是我5月20号搬出来，你搬进来。
4）5月25号-6月30号，房租420美金，一切全包，包括网络和家具，床垫，当然，在你
搬走后，我负责处理家具和打扫退房。

发帖数: 267 | 47 现有 North Quincy 一高层 one bedroom apartment （Sagamore Place）出租。该
apartment 交通便利，步行4分钟到North Quincy 地铁站，5分钟步行到 stopshop，
Marshalls，步行10分钟以内到各NorthQuincy的中餐馆，理发店，邮局，银行等，生活
十分便利。这个Apartment building 有守卫，控制进出人员，并代收包裹，所以很安
全。并且有室内游泳池，可邀请朋友同往。
该Apartment 非常宽敞洁净，有800平方英尺。living room 和 dinning room 都很大
。如果有父母探亲，或是朋友来访，dinning room 可以间隔成为临时的房间 (最后一
个图片)，living room足够大作为客厅和餐厅 (living room 相片中没有表现出来,图
片中只有餐桌的一角)。房间内为新铺的地板，living room 里有沙发，上好实木的衣
柜，长橱柜和电脑桌。基本上只需搬进床和生活用品就可以入住了。

由于之前的室友换到别的地方工作，出租4B3B的townhouse中的一间bedroom，具体位置
在S. Wolfe Rd 和 E. Fremont Ave附近，位置非常方便，距离各IT公司Google, Apple
, 等都很近，离101只有10分种，距离85,280只有5
分钟钟以内的车程。距离大华超市Ranch 99只有1 mile。附近的各国的餐馆，商店非常
多，步行都可到达，十分方便。
入住时间：available now
租金：private bathroom, $1000/month + shared utility(大约$30)。房间宽敞明亮
，装修完好。有家具（床垫，桌子，衣橱）。
小区十分安静整洁，包括游泳池。
Deposit：$800，不能抽烟。希望能有干净整洁，作息规律的朋友来租，至少签3个月的
lease。附近公司上班的同学优先考虑。
其他室友为附近公司上班的IT男/女，无不良嗜好。
