提意见。不知道传到哪里。
有5K，10K，半马，全马的训练计划。各个计划有针对各种level的runner。
5K，10K，半马分4个级别:begninner, advanced beginner,intermediate, advanced
全马分3个级别begninner, advanced beginner,intermediate。
把表放在一起，是因为觉得各种距离，各种level的训练可以互相借鉴。另外可以根据
自己比赛的时间，调整各种计划的长度，比如在beginner里面加几周advanced的训练，
就把program时间延长了。 |

租几次的钱就能买了.等将来喜欢这项运动了,skis, boots, 和poles也最好自己买.
1. 带眼镜的话，goggles的话，怎么办？答: 买那种 OTG goggles.
2. 去ski一天时间够吗，他们雪场是不是差不多4，5点就关门了?
答:一天时间不够,雪场4点关.我们滑了几年了,还觉得时间不够,还在滑.:-) 如果你是
问一天时间能否学会,答案是,取决于你的期望值.
beginner package 到底有什么? 答:beginner package 里有雪票(就是lift ticket),
skis, boots 和poles.

和beginner lift，最后一次课如果觉得beginner lift不过瘾，可以升级成全部lift
meadows在costco有打折票
另外，season之前可以买10 time pass或者season pass，都不贵
春天的时候还可以买spring pass，今年买spring pass的赚了，雪都到春天下了。

五去。看
看这个视频吧，尤其是给版上的beginner/intermediate的同学纠正一个观点: tail
push不是错，搓雪也不是错，beginner/intermediate阶段的主要问题是在于重心和上
半身。所以beginner/intermediate的阶段不用去考虑卡不卡无的问题。
至于等了advanced的水平后，走什么路线就看自己爱好了。

恰恰这里有个很好很新的奥林匹克swimming pool，被老公押着去报了游泳班。
报名的时候，工作人员问我会游泳么？回答说会蛙泳。工作人员要我作作自由泳划水的
动作，我说不会，工作人员大手一挥：beginner 1
现在上了beginner 1，beginner 2，总共19次课，我心情郁闷的时候就逃课，出去走路
，所以大概上了8＋6＝14次课，迟到一大半。即使这样三心二意的，我还是能够感到在
池子里面呆一会儿后心情放松很多。
一共经历了三个老师，风格差很远，我觉得总的来说都还是很专业的，态度很好的。我
腿一直要下沉，不能平爬在水面上，也在版上提问，大家教我要多打腿，我也没有时间
去练打腿。有一次课，老师告诉我，你要arching back，我觉得有道理啊，我每次游泳
的时候，就使劲用背部的肌肉把腿腿翘起来，然后我就基本平爬在水面了。还有一个问
题是，我总是不能转身，我一转身就要下沉，后来在youtube上看到一个视频，专门练

不过足球赛还是看了一些的
在PS3上玩了Fifa 10和PES 10 demo，两个晚上，大概有4个小时
画面，俩游戏都没得说，我都给满分
声音，没开
Gameplay，Fifa就一个字：不好玩；实况还行
Fifa加速跟吃了药似的，比正常速度快好多
实况的加速键不知道是不是R1，感觉上是，可是有的队员好像就加不起速度来
Fifa背对球门拿球，接着转身，如果身后有防守队员，没有能过防守队员的，100%被断
实况，面对防守队员，可以控制一下球，Fifa那就在半秒钟我的球就丢了
虽然我选的是beginner，Fifa电脑总不至于把球直接带出底线吧，咋跟我的水平一致呢
Fifa的beginner还能出来连续10脚传球，都把我看傻了，而且10脚球过后，球还在中场
对了，还看到慢悠悠的球，守门员摔在地上把球抱住，这个好像98世界杯就这样
作为beginner的电脑，高球，无论我在前面还是电脑在前面，他总是高高地跃起，准确
地将球点给旁边的同伴

是夏天才开始跟team，所以都被放在beginner班里。但是之前都各自有过些跳舞的经验
，在都是beginner的环境里就互相注意了。
更巧的是我们俩刚好都在学阿根廷探戈，这个我俩都是纯粹意义上的beginner，所以在
两个舞种里我们刚好都水平相当，又跟其他一起跳的人水平有差距，就越看越对眼，最
后搭伴经常一起练了。
我知道舞伴着实难找，我之前丢了一个，之后十几年也没再遇上个合适的，这一次真是
倍感幸运，倍加珍惜啊，嘿嘿。不过现在只搭了两个月不到，不知道以后会不会一直持
续下去。问题是我跳舞的时间没有他的多，只好努力抽时间多跳，抓紧提高自己水平，

不收beginner, 这次因为要给研究生教如何教beginner，又听钢琴预备课的老师说我娃
very bright, 才同意收我娃，不过明天还得面试一下才能定。每周一小时，收费100.
而且要一次把一年的钱都交了。

但您点击语音健是可以通过没有信息反馈来确认您已经进入expert mode了 也可以通过
