(bethesda/rockville/kensington/chevy chase/potomac).
I have some options in mind and I am open to other choices.
Both group house and apartment will be fine for me as long as the rent is
not too high.

房型：最好不要是managed property, 因为那些非常贵。倾向于private landlord 的
房子，独立的一室一厅，除了laundry之外不与人共用任何东西
价格：灵活，但是希望低于同地带的managed property 的一室一厅的房子，最好在房
租内包括水电费和网络
家具：除了床之外其他家具都需要
本人情况：女，一个人，in late 20's,非常安静

我住在Colsville 和 Cloverly 的交界处，比较偏僻，也比较安全，就是有点远。早晨
上班到nih要50分钟，到twinbrook要30分钟，比Google map 上面查的时间要长很多。
我老公也在外地，准备在这找工作但是一直还没有找到，虽然这里似乎有很多他的机会。
我觉得你要是住bethesda的话，至少要50分钟到你上班的地方。Google map上查的时间
很不准。
