现在日本中国欧洲美国的很多研究小组发现很多素食含有维生素b12, 由于欧洲人以前
没有食用这些食（药）品，所以以前西方科学家得出了人需要吃肉补充B12的这样一个
巨大的错误结论。今天这一错误的结论仍然misleads着全世界很多的人。其实吃素营养
足够 更健康。含有B12的素食至少包括：
1） 紫菜 海带等海藻类 (spirulina)
2） 各种各样的蘑菇 (mushroom), 这是日本科学家2012年作出的重要发现。见参考
文献6.
3） 腐乳之类（tempeh）
4） 日本餐馆里都有的miso汤
5） 其它发酵的食品 如腊八豆
6） 紫花苜蓿（Alfalfa）含有各种大量的B1, B6, B12等。紫花苜蓿是亚洲人的食
物。阿拉伯人称之为食物之父。
7） 各种豆芽菜类 （sprout）
8） 日本的黑茶叶， 类似茶叶中国也有。
9） 传闻南美印第安人某些植物食品和中国的菠菜和馒头都含有维生素B12，红萝卜
放在室温下被表面的细菌分解后产生B12，这些有待进一步研究证实。

生化学什么，你懂吗？？医学院最大比例拿的都是生化学位，你懂吗？
你真他妈的傻逼一个。你在哪个州公立？高中考大学，商学院根本不分专业。普通公立
大学，
商学院来说，会计是第一选择。学金融的都是想学会计的淘汰下来的。会计两门基础课
不好，不到3.0， 无法注册intermediateaccounting。intermediate accounting I 如
果不过，无法选择会计专业。大量商学院的只好学finance, management, marketing
之类扯淡的专业。所以金融的本科，前两年与会计本科课程基本相同。
只有少数精英大学，NYU BERKELEY UMICH 等，finance地位比accounting高。金融毕业
，工资很低，
多数银行，房地产，很小公司的会计等等。3-5万已经不错。
学金融去华尔街挣大钱只是传说，华尔街根本不会去普通州立找人，
target school 本科 限制在那20所之内。公立的也就是BERKELEY UMICH

Physics (PHYSICS) 1A(H), 1B(H), 1C(H), 4B, 这相当于中国的高等数学和普通物理
。还需要学General Chemistry (CHEM) 20A(H), 20B(H), 20L, 30AL Organic
Chemistry (CHEM) 30A(H), 30B, 30BL, 30C, 30CL
这些化学课是所有chem, biochemistry，医学药学， pre-med都要学的。如果这些课拿
不到
C 2.0，只有选择难度低的专业。
你要是handle不了难度大点的物理，化学课，GPA2.0也能拿BS学位，但是不够研究生院
资格。
但是，学biochemistry达到3.0的，不用说UC系列，即使在SJSU, SDSU 几乎全部都去博

之前主要是基于X衍射或者核磁共振的技术开发和应用，拍一些单分子的裸照。82，91
，02年颁给X衍射和核磁共振的技术开发，剩下11个的给了应用。
而冷冻电镜，这次算是第一个（可能是第二个），直接给了技术。用它可以看更加复杂
、分子量更大的大分子复合体。这些大个头的结构当然更有复杂也更有意思。
这个技术开启了一个新时代，细胞里重要的复合体实在太多。接下来可能拿奖的那就是
：真核细胞的细胞核通道复合体；一一公搞的剪接体（这个结构无论在生命进化和疾病
相关都非常的重要）；G蛋白偶联受体（跟N多疾病有关）等等。
彦宁的工作好像确实没有什么希望，葡萄糖转运蛋白跟上面这些不是一个量级的。
