5月17日是“国际不再恐同日”。1990年5月17日，世界卫生组织将“同性恋”从精
神病名册中除去。
2015年4月25日，一场特殊的招聘会在上海举办。招聘会面向LGBT人群，即女同性
恋者(Lesbian)、男同性恋者(Gay)、双性恋者(Bisexuality)、跨性别恋者(
Transgender)。
这是中国首个面对LGBT人群的招聘会。主办者毕信乐长期关注这个群体。
据报道，2013年，致力于倡导中国性少数人群平等权利的爱白文化教育中心发布“
中国性少数群体职场环境在线调查”，调查结果显示，38%的受访者曾遭言语侮辱和嘲
笑；在工作场所没有得到应有尊重的受访者占30%；近13%的受访者曾失去晋升机会。
毕信乐觉得，面对LGBT人群，中国有些企业缺少让人们正常看待这些职员的政策和
培训。
他希望有一天，中国的这个群体能在职场上“不必因为诚实地做自己而感到不适”。
