我转头就搬家， 连工作office都不用换。
而且city tax本来就是变相的地税。 最后为了平衡city财政， 还只能找有家有业的开
刀。 没房的也别开心， 等你家房东提房租吧。
纽约其实更大的危机是pension budget, 因为以前MTA谈判让步太多， 还有其他各种工
会的膨胀， 每年的pension cost已经8B了， 比12年前bloomberg上台的时候增加了5倍
。 mike最后今年主要就在这个上面斗争了， 包括媒体曝光度非常高的教师工会的斗争
。 Blasio上台以后要全面妥协， 等着10几年后的pension的进一步大爆炸吧， 底特律
真的是前车之鉴。 |
