现在好像很流行cellulose BLOWN-IN insulation, 请问cellulose是不是真的很容易着
火？ 这个BLOWN-IN的INSULATION是不是很MESSY？不如BATTED ROLL好？

搜到的建议：1. turn the key to on
2. get a dmm
3.black lead to ground
4.take the red lead and touch both metal tabs at the top of the fuse's
5.the blown one will read 12 on one side of the fuse and 0 on the other. the fuse can be blown without looking blown

今天来了个哥们帮我检查车子。这人背景巨牛。大家知道美国的mechanic一般很草根。
基本就是从小在车库倒腾车子，最后一个高中学历，或者去读个技术学校之类的。今天
来这哥们从小倒腾背景就不说了。ME的本科硕士学位，并且还有在F1雷诺车队做R&D的
经历，现在为了陪老婆，在这边一个fabrication shop委屈暂时待着。今天开了辆RAM
过来，说车库还停了一辆87年的FC RX7， 700多马力。
给大家汇报一下。冷车发动，喷巨多白烟，但是没有机油味，也没有防冻液味道。具体
什么味道我不知道，那哥们也说从来没闻过。油压水温都正常。车热以后没有机油或者
防冻液液面减少的现象。我之前因为被卖车的小dealer提醒说我开回去路上机油可能会
烧光，我就overfill了好多机油。今天用pump抽出来了，抽出来以后车也热了，排气管
基本正常没有过多白烟，但是不知道是因为车热了还是抽出了过多机油的缘故。晚上加

Are you sure it is engine oil?
if it is head gasket blown, take a look at your engine oil. if you can milky
like oil, it means you may have head gasket blown.it will cost about 2000$
to fix.
meanwhile, do a pressure text on your coolant system to see where does
coolant leak? it is an external or internal leakage. there is also a dye
test, espcially design to detect internal leakge. |

to fix that for a few hundred bucks.
You still got papers and plywood on under the blown shingles so you will not
necessarily have mold right away. But still you need to fix that asap. |

要看啥车了，要是GM的车（雪佛兰， 别克等等） 有可能就是 水泵 不转了， 导致冷
却液 开了， 然后 serpentine belt 断了， 然后带不动发电机了， 然后 电池没电
就打不着了，
就是不知道你冷却液开锅这段时间 你有没有把引擎开过热导致 head gasket blown。
好的情况就是 换 water pump, serpentine belt, 还有 冷却液开锅 导致的破裂的管
子。这个 300 块最多了。
坏得情况就是 engine head gasket blown 导致引擎报废。 修2000块都有可能。
timing belt 是肉眼看不到的， 不知道你那个车铺伙计怎么检查的能看出 timing
belt 。
所以呢， 到底是啥车型。 |
