1. 既然都不能拿着，那就看谁坐着好看了，我觉得blue yeti略胜一筹
2. 前面似乎有人说CO1U在电容麦界是山寨出生，那这个blue yeti是皇室正统的吗？从
价格上看山寨的还贵些(打折前的价格)。
3. 看您以前的分析，blue yeti有三个膜，将来可以实打实的录立体声，CO1U似乎没有
这么多膜，对否？多买点儿膜是不是没什么坏处呢？
当然啦，这些都不是重要的，重要的是那么请问在专家您的眼里，功能上他们各有什么

这个更像funk，所以比较难界定吧。
好像有人说过，blues~土（乡土的土），主要因为blues scale和吟唱感吧，jazz更冷
更理性一些 |

还有Blues里面多有长-短-长-短-的节奏。比如一个4／4小节，虽然标记是四个1／4

Color其中的一首。
不是blues，是blue（作者写了一系列的颜色，blue是其中一个），只是作品的标题，

Jacob简直就是老天爷安排好给我的，很阴差阳错的。
首先，我一点都不知道blue heeler，结果在一个shelter瞟了一眼一只狗的介绍，隐约
看见blue啥的，我当时觉得奇怪，这时啥呀，就仔细看到了blue heeler，仍然一头雾
水，幸亏俺后来勤快了一把，查一下资料，才发现这种狗还不错。
然后俺先在网上看了照片玩，也不知怎的，就发现了jacob （原来他叫jag）
联系了breeder，并问breeder要laid back的，结果breader说jag就很laid back的。
后来我和我同事开车去接他回家，你猜怎么着？
几个人和几条puppy，就jacob往我身上窜，好像真的就是知道是巴巴来接他的。
当时觉得很神奇。 |

a software (frozen). I forgot the
name of this software, basically when it operates, nothing can be saved to
the computer.
The blue screen happens very randomly. Sometimes, 5 hrs, sometimes only 2
mins after the computer
restarts. Recently it gets worse, the blue screen showed every 2 min. I am
so frustrated.

时，
左心室灌注PBS，然后取脑组织，匀浆后测定。
试了几次都没有结果，有几个问题请教：
1. 取的脑组织直接放入50% TCA溶液进行匀浆，然后离心，取上清测定。
脑组织先在PBS里面匀浆，然后离心； 取上清液500ul，加入50%TCA 500ul，
incubate at 4
度 O/N，次日离心，取上清液测定。
哪一种方法好？
2. 测定的时候，我们试了波长610，615，620，感觉结果都很低。
3. 改用fluorencens测定，用ethanol稀释3倍，比较原液测定，浓度反倒高了。标准曲
线是用
evans blue + TCA +ethanol配置后进行等比例稀释做的吗？

凌晨5点，和朋友在电话上笑说最后这个班竟然没有CODE，是不是睡觉时候漏掉了code
传呼，正拿出呼机检查，蛐蛐就叫开了：CODE BLUE in ICU。赶紧跑过去，一路上呼机
响个不停，我以为就是重复呼叫，就没看，没想到到了ICU，护士迎面问我run 哪一个
？这才意识到ICU 有两个病人同时CODE！立刻左右为难起来，惶急之下，赶紧看住院医
在哪儿---没看见我的住院医，倒看见mICU team 的住院医和intern 小跑过来，说看见
呼机有两个CODE BLUE，就过来帮忙，真是救苦救难的team work!
我们 run 的这一个，很快就过来了；这时候mICU team又被呼叫，他们有个病人就快
CODE了，于是他们就把正run的另一个CODE交给我们，跑掉了。他们才离开，刚救过来
的那个就重新CODE了，不过这次mICU没有很快回来，结果是我去run了那个full CODE。
这一次可比第一次顽固得多了，好几轮epi/Atropine 都没缓过来；幸亏我还想起了
Bicarb，一只下去，立竿见影的恢复 |

发帖数: 722 | 27 下一个CODE BLUE，我就是CODE BLUE team leader了，真说不清一种什么滋味在心头。
根据我没吃过几口猪肉、基本只看过猪跑的经验，run好一个CODE，除了ACLS protocal
背得烂熟之外，还有一些软指标值得特别注意：
1。镇静、镇静！
在CODE BLUE紧张匆忙的情形之下，什么样的意外都可能发生。我前面写过CT 室run
CODE 的一团混乱，其实即使在病房里面，都曾出现过更糟的情况，就譬如该除颤时候
，大家都clear了，而除颤器却怎么按也不放电！当时大家就和那个除颤器一样，愣在
当场。我差点象从前在国内时候那样，在病人胸口猛砸一拳，但终于没那么出格；再看
那个管仪器的男护士一头大汗的给除颤器做CPR，那一拳差点转飞到他胸口去。不过幸
而住院医还想得起赶紧重来CPR，而我也想得起叫人飞奔到隔壁另借一台。那个病人居
然还就折腾过来了。
保持清醒冷静的头脑、快速得当的应变，是第一紧要。
2。掌握全局，眼观六路、耳听八方：
（1）随时检查病人、判断病情，相应发出指令。我觉得值得特别注意的是：
A）开始时的心肺、颈静脉检查。因为对判断病因 |
