siding通常是不用漆的，这家不仅漆了，而且很奇怪有两种不同颜色。Inspector怀疑
有部分siding出过问题，但不确定什么问题，也许进过水，所以换了部分siding。他让
我们去问owner。结果owner说他们买来时就这样。Inspector又建议我们找制造商的
representative来看看这个房子的hardie board siding是不是正确的install了。他怀
疑installation不正确。我们找了一圈也没找到这样的representative。再问
inspector,他建议问seller要builder的contact,让我们打电话问builder当年做完
siding后有没有让制造商查过installation。这种siding有50年的保期，但如果
installation不对的话，厂家有权出了问题不赔。
现在愁死了，不想walk away啊。可是这么贵的房子，不搞清楚这个siding的问题又不

我一看是邻居来了，赶紧有礼貌地上前寒暄。
邻居似乎对我叫什么名字不感兴趣，全程紧绷着脸，给我划定各自的territory，以防
我以后侵犯她的利益。
最后她自豪地反复强调，自己是HOA board member，还给了我她的email，说可以问她
相关问题。
我老婆说，我们最近搬家、装修都会有噪音，应该给她点礼物以示歉意。
给礼物我不介意，但她的态度也太傲慢、太盛气凌人了。
她反复强调自己是HOA board member，到底只是show off一下，还是想索贿？
ps：这老太太挺没眼色的，我当时搬家抱着一个挺贵重的重物，累得弯腰弓背的，她就
半路拦着我和我说话。一开始我虽然累，也不好意思中断谈话，一直抱着重物和她谈，
最后实在挺不住了，说你先等一下，我把这件重物放家里后再和你继续谈。 |

才这么做了一下，发现boarding group是4啊，貌似没有享受到priority boarding。
我的票是公司订的，但是我united网站上有那张chase ua卡的。难道必须是用chase ua
卡订的机票才行？

就是住宿学校，好的住宿学校一般毕业的都是去名校的，要么是特别有钱的人去，要么
特别出色的小孩才能进去，international students 也不少。40-50k 一年。
BTW, prince william 就是在boarding school认识kate的，当然kate 是因为特别优秀
进的， 嘿嘿。 |

十月初去一个家具店买了几套家具，是看展示厅的样品下的订单，用CREDIT CARD 先付
了200刀，余下的800刀是另外一个银行的0％FINANCE。
今天家具到了，本来订的QUEEN BED，居然只给个HEAD BOARD,打电话到店里，老板理直
气壮，说是我当初只订了这个，要我自己去买余下的 FOOT BOARD 和 FRAME。 我拿到
的INVOICE上，写的是HEAD BORAD/QUEEN BED， 而且当时还特意问老板，是不是床的全
套，他都给的是肯定的回答，现在居然赖帐，害得我只能把MATRESS 直接放在地上。
已经给信用卡公司打电话，要求DISPUTE，还打算给800刀的FINANCE的银行电话，大家
有没有什么建议给我，多谢了！ |

其他都好，就是床居然就给了个HEAD BOARD，而且当时老板写ITEM的时候，床就写了个
HEAD BOARD，在我问了是否包括整个床的时候，他肯定了，并在后面写上了QUEEN BED
。很明确，那里展示的套件，除了MATRESS，当然都是包括在价格里面的。 |

现在老舒家也越来越贵了，我要买10 lb,就只能买他家的大杂烩，还要$50/lb,还有人
反映他家质量最近一两年有下降。这家GBW据wisconsin农业局资料说是180多家参农的
nonfrofit组织，有7个board member, 这个coop据说是它家sales。
关键还是他家的价格太诱人，4年参31，最好的才33。在农业局网页上这个board做的统
计数据是wisconsin的平均参价$25, 所以也不是特别离谱。
上来问问就希望知道有没有人买过，或者知道其他信息。 |

saying you were selected based on your distinguished .... and only xxx
members on the board and from xxxx countries. Mention other things if you
think they are important. Draft the letters and ask for signatures, printed on papers with letter heads.
also print the journal's homepage and ed board member list page.
