华华今年2岁半，近段时间，他妈妈发现孩子看东西常眯眼睛。昨天带到医院眼科检查，发现有近500度的近视。华华的妈妈说，孩子一岁半时就开始接触iPad，大人也乐得轻松，只要孩子哭闹，就拿出iPad给他玩。
半年前，华华的妈妈又买回iPad3，下载了许多画画、儿童故事等学习软件，希望孩子在游戏中学习，华华玩ipad的时间也越来越长。医生说，正是由于过度使用iPad，华华才会假性近视。
中南医院眼科教授蔡小军说，他曾接诊过一位8岁的小学生，近视高达700度，同样是电子视频产品的小粉丝。
4月15日，国家卫生和计划生育委员会发布儿童眼及视力保健技术规范》提出，儿童（0-6岁）操作电子视频产品时间每次不宜超过20分钟，每天累计时间建议不超过1小时，2岁以下儿童尽量避免操作电子视频产品。专家表示，屈光不正儿童要到具有相应资质的机构进行诊治，不要盲目使用眼保健产品。

在接下来的近一年中，联邦调查局都在监视莫海龙及与他有关的人士，发现除了一人之
