这个还不包每个月做bookkeeping和工资单的月费，每个月好像还要一百多。
有没有便宜一点的呀？

发帖数: 1891 | 7 本人是在會計師事務所工作的，可以跟你簡單介紹下吧，但不要來我們公司，因為小弟
的薪水是固定的，加工作量不加薪，情何以堪啊，哈哈。
1.一般幫客戶成立公司的費用大概是600-800之間，為什麼有這麼大大差異？其實都是
每個會計師自己的取向。LA有一家叫南加州會計師事務所，成立公司是出名的便宜，好
像200幾而已。但是其餘的服務，我就不敢恭維了，成立公司後，你可以找其他會計師
提供財務服務。
2.一般來說，美國的會計步驟分，記賬（BOOKKEEPING),薪水(PAYROLL),還有保稅(TAX
RETURN)。保稅是最後的一步，而第一部就是記賬，而PAYROLL是記賬的一部分，記賬方
面，我建議你所有的支出收入都通過銀行，意思是去銀行開一個獨立的公司帳號，所有
的收入，支出都通過銀行，包括把收入，投資，都存到銀行，然後支出都用支票付，那
麼一年下來，你或者會計師就知道你們大概的財政掌狀況，而會計師記賬跟報稅的時候
都比較方便。

我有些客戶自己做BOOKKEEPING, 只需要我們做稅表，一般4，5百就OK，但如果要我們
做BOOKEEPING的，就很難報價了。
美國大部分的公司都要報聯邦與州稅，除了某些沒有州稅的州份，例如Nevada。一般我
們會同時完成州稅與聯邦稅。
sales tax的話，每間公司要求的情況都不一樣，有的一年報一次，有的一個季度報一
次，視乎公司的生意與營業狀況。 |

看到最近版上对职业发展的讨论很多，我也想来问问大家的意见。
本人情况，学Finance出身，硕士毕业的时候finance工作不好找，进了一个中小的
accounting firm，考了CPA，也拿了license，感觉对会计还是有兴趣的，公司虽小，
但是也让我有机会接触到各个方面，taxauditbookkeeping都做过很多，基础算是比较
扎实吧。几年后跳到industry(但因为有CPA，所以每年也有一些自己的固定客户做tax
和bookkeeping,所以firm里做的事倒也一直是熟悉的)，现在工作的是个中型的
manufacturing company，我的上级很强，跟着她学到不少东西，但是公司的管理和资
金都有一些问题，拿的薪水也不高，最近还在裁员，前景也堪忧。所以现在考虑跳槽，

你念过税法就知道。美国的税法是一个诚实报税的制度。国税局相信你，因为你在上面
签名。不管是公司或是个人税，都要签名，否则国税局会把税表退给你，因为不是
valid的税表。现在即使eFile，也得要你先签了名才能寄出去。因此这些你申报给会计
师的数字，你自己就得负责。但是因为是诚实申报制度，也才会有抽查。
很多唐人会计师，不管你有没有提交数字，随便税表上填数字，以为这样帮你争取大的
refund就是好的，那是绝对错误的作法。但是如果根据了你的数字来填，那就是你自己
该负责的部份。会计师绝对不可能一个单据一个单据帮你对，除非你以小时的费用来付
他bookkeeping的钱。要说用过的会计师，我也经历过太多了。我自己也上过税法的课
，才会知道好与坏的会计师的差别。 |
