This is cheaper than any other site or ebay. All other sites are $599 for a
pair of dumbells, and some charge hundreds of dollars for shipping. A pair

我在健身房练过十年以上，每周2次，每次2小时，主要练杠铃哑铃啥的。现在对
24Fitness越来越不满意，健身房里空气糟糕、汗味特别重，每次刚一进去都觉得刺鼻
，需要半小时适应。而且人满为患，特拥挤，让我越来越不爽，所以动了念头想买器材

强于组合器械，我猜这是因为free weight要承受杠铃哑铃不同方向的力量，而组合器
械锻炼时，力量只来自于单一一个方向。为了增加组合器械的锻炼强度，最简单的办法
就是多增加磅数，比如卧推杠铃180磅，组合器械可能就用200或210磅，那样两种途径
的效果就应该基本相当了。
不想再家里摆弄杠铃一是因为地方不够大，放不下，二是因为使用不方便，不能放在楼
上。Bowflex那个东东能折叠起来，号称可以放进衣橱，这点比较吸引我。而且价格适
中，又可提供足够多种类的锻炼项目，算是目前找到的最理想选择吧 ：）
买之前还是想看看这里有没有同学能提供一些实际使用的体会和经验，作为参考。 |
