(Stryker Brigade Combat Team), just like all other SBCTs except for keeping
"Regiment" instead of "Brigade".
3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment will be transformed to an SBCT too (expected to

俄罗斯出兵的理由保护俄罗斯公民和俄罗斯族裔，所以最可能进军到第聂伯河一线，占
领俄罗斯族裔较多的东乌克兰，不会占领基辅、敖德萨这些“传统乌克兰”的地方。俄
军很可能以“维持和平”为名进占，变相鼓励事实独立，但不见得会吞并土地。进军东
乌克兰在军事上对俄罗斯一点挑战也没有。这里一马平川，俄军熟悉地形和道路系统，
语言、文化、生活习惯也通，甚至不必随带军需列车，从一般军需到弹药、油料统统可
以就地取材（用钱买，不是抢）。俄军的长项在于装甲大兵团高速突进，东乌克兰简直
就是天造地设，有名的库尔斯克坦克大会战虽然在俄罗斯境内，但离哈尔科夫只有200
多公里，两者地形差不多，而哈尔科夫本身也是二战中坦克大会战的地方之一。这里密
布俄军基地，无论是空中保障还是装甲保障，都是近水楼阁。
另一方面，美军或者北约要进军乌克兰，有两个情况。一是战前进驻，这可以在和平状
