school bus going towards me on the other lane with its yellow lights
flashing. I saw it was still moving so I passed by with speed around 15-20
mph. There was another car behind me passing by the school bus as well.
However, after I passed (for more than 10 m), I heard the school bus horned
2-3 times. Not sure what that meaned. Was it illegal and would the bus

白天开车的时候在路上看到一辆BUS，看着就像一辆普通的regional bus，
但是颜色是褐色的，且车身没有任何标示，当时就觉得奇怪，监狱的车也要有点标志啊
当天晚上就明白怎么回事了，我走路回家，看到前面路口停着几辆警车，闪着灯
街边整整齐齐的站着一排人，看着都是学生，警察在维持秩序
再走近了，看到警车前面停着一辆bus，就是白天看到的那辆，车身装饰着小灯泡的彩灯
以前只在CSI还是Bones上看到过Party Bus，这次终于见到实物了，可惜不能上去看看 |

问题想问一下。
今天上班,我的车停在黄点,倒直以后准备往箭头指示方向开,此时从后视镜中发现红点
处停了School Bus,有小朋友上下车。我想了想，我要开车的方向和School Bus方向一
致，我在它前面挺远，而且我的车倒出来不开的话貌似塞马路，所以我就照直往前开了
。可以确定的是我开始倒车的时候左右观察没看到School Bus，红点处倒是有小朋友。
没想到校车突然出现，平时这个时候上班都没遇到，今天第一次。这种情况应该不会收
到Ticket吧？ |

白人占大多数，然后亚裔占15%左右，基本没黑人和莫莫。儿子前两周回家说Recess的
时候有个5年纪大孩子过来就拉住他的手打了他一下，但不怎么疼，之前还打了几个其
他一年级的小朋友。我告诉他下次直接和他说“Stop”，如果他还不就跑去告诉老师。
他们学校是“Bully Free”的。
上周五放学回来，我看见和他一起上下车的一个5年纪大孩子抢走了他的帽子，还挑衅
他，正好一个邻居遛狗看见，对那个孩子喊“Give his hat back!”。我从窗口看见马
上出去了。儿子告诉我在School Bus上几个高年级孩子说他是Liar，还唱歌骂他，儿子
告诉他们“Stop， I am not a liar”，他们就说要Punch他，儿子告诉Bus Driver，
那个Lady让他们Stop也没用，其中就有这个一起上下车的孩子。
我们从小管孩子挺严格，孩子从来不欺负别人，对比自己小的孩子很会照顾，孩子心地
特别的善良和单纯，他喜欢和别人交朋友，对谁都很有礼貌。那些大孩子很Crazy，他

今天早上7点50坐bus到公司。大伙们在厚厚的积雪和飘雪中等车，还好，气温不是很低
。不一会车来了。司机情绪高涨的跟每一个上车的人都大了招呼“Good Morning,
watch your step",大伙有的回答，有的没有！以前坐车时，司机也是有时会说，有时
不会。
开车过几站后，车就满了人。司机又开腔了，跟大家挨个报站名，其实bus本身自动有
报站，但是司机大哥依然不以余力，声音洪亮的给大家报站。bus的自动广播后，他接
话说"well, you are late" 大伙笑了。司机大哥接着跟大家说，"In order to be
polite, you suppose to respond to other people, let's do it again! Good

过去不知道总共要多长时间？看bus schedule上在bus上至少要半个小时，实际上会不

Just recently took a trip from Los Angeles to San Diego on the bus . Pay
only a $1 for one way trip. There was wifi on the bus but it was really
spotty.. so probably not worth bringing your laptop.
Looks like the company is an affiliate of Greyhound, so not the best service

你们占了一部分
最左lane了，因为正常情况下，虽然bus大些，但是待在一个lane是没有问题的
估计是你们的责任的可能性大，尽量争取一下，不过觉得不要保太大希望
大家都是25mph
左右的速度开着，谁还想着要超车啊，Bus司机即使要超车，也要找个开阔的地方超呀。 |

在事故发生前大约20分钟，车上系统提示检查胎压，于是我们在加油站加满油同时检查
了胎压。我朋友拿着个配套的胎压检测小工具，逐个轮胎检查，发现胎压都比较低，刚
好加油站边上就有个气泵，投币的那种，4个轮胎都仔细的加了压，然后继续开的。
如果爆胎发生在碰撞之前，我想应该不至于完全没有注意到吧，
所以最大的可能是，车胎是被bus轮胎突出的螺栓弄破的。
如果说刚好bus超车，车身靠近的瞬间，我们车主动爆胎，然后失控，撞到bus上，那样
也太巧合了吧。 |

车造成的。如果是BUS司机判断有误的话，那楼主朋友的车应该是左后侧被撞才对。实
际上应该确切的说是楼主朋友的车撞BUS才对。 |

I actually saw kids like 10-15 meters away from the bus waiting. Hope the
driver was just giving a reminder.
what could happen if when I was right near the bus, and the bus just showed
the stop sign when I was on the side of it and could not see the sign. What
would happen in that case?

发帖数: 52 | 50 一不小心by pass school bus,被bus driver report了，收到了court的上庭通知。同
时也收到了很多律师的广告，说可以帮忙。通过打电话给律师做免费咨询了解到这个
ticket是5 point.这种情况大家认为有必要请律师吗？有的我觉得靠铺的律师说可以减
到2，但是有个别律师说很大可能可以减到0，但不会dismiss. 说这话的律师连问我当
时的情况都没问，但无论借口如何，我跟律师说我是by pass school bus 了。律师跟
我说他们去的话是以plea not guilty为前提的，可是如果我自己去上庭，不用律师的
话，是不是去了就 plea guilty? 麻烦又经验的朋友给些建议，需要很快决定用不用律
师。因为个人的原因，时间已经耽误了几天了。
