打了以后我就说我的business name, address same as my personal name, address.
然后representative又要我提供business的证明，比如business account statement,
business utility bill之类的。大家有没有遇到过这种情况？ 还是大家都有business
? 我之前是听说个人也可以申请business card啊，看来不是这么回事嘛。 |

，为了避免对号入座，还是用马甲来发文。
2012年年底毕业，找了份还不错的工作。因为在学校期间一直就想做点business，但苦
于找不到合适的机会。正好毕业找到工作后，发现买买提上有着一帮活跃的神医和小护
士。了解后发现做小护士门槛并不高，所以在参阅了版上不少的帖子之后慢慢上路。从
2013年的1月份正式开始，到2013年年底，一共扫了10万左右的货。把所有的rebate,
rewards以及各种机票里程点数折算下来，平均一个月大概有1000+的收入。我相信这个
数字在版上不少人看来应该是很少的，但是对于一个入门不久的小护士来说，尤其是在

用billpay的话，能不能billpay到我的checking/savings呢？
如果他做billpay，地址用我家的地址，账号用我的checking/savings账号，然后写我

sole proprietorship (有时也叫 DBA), partnership, corporation (small business
通常是 S-corp, LLC)
如果做sole proprietorship，要去county注册一个 fictitious business name就可以
了。也可以再去IRS申请个EIN号。通常的home business都是走这条路
如果做普通的 partnership, 也是要去county注册 fictitious business name。如果
是 LLP，就要去州政府注册。
corporation一定要去州注册。
最后，无论你选了什么样的形式，都要再跟city申请一个business license。 |

am not a legal professional. Business structure provides legal protection
of business owner's personal assets from his/her business liability. However, the LZ's story may be the other way around, that is his friend's personal liability may touch the guy's income from the business as the "owner" of the business. I am not sure if
there is some way to protect a person's business income from his personal liability. But m |
