发帖数: 318 | 22 我去年在best buy local store买了些他们家的gift card，然后网上下单，好几单被
cancel，然后钱也没回来。
最近在打电话要，他们的回复是，卡被report lost or fraud，或者order 是fraud，
不能refund。
我的原始receipt都还在，他们就是不给我refund。这些应该都是借口，因为我是
purchaser。
打算这么做：
第一步，去state attorney office 提交complaint，他们会出面跟best buy 打交道。
有类似经历的受害者，可以一起提交complaint，让best buy引起重视，我们不是好欺
负的。
如果第一步不行，就告bestbuy。真要是走到这一步，只能联合其他受害者，要搞就搞
大的，不然律师费都赚不回来。
我虽然不懂法律，但是他们随意关gift card，肯定是违反法律的。
不知道有没有律师朋友可以提供一些建议或者帮助。

。但是，成天下模仿棋的肯定不敢大言不惭地说自己是高手。
股市不大一样，一堆华尔街的人为了收管理费把buy & hold捧为了圣典。而且本来算是
重要策略之一的也只有buy & hold index fund。现在似乎是个fund华尔街就鼓吹要buy
& hold。你看看，就是在这个版，虽然大家都统一反对我，可是内部也不都认为只应
该hold index fund的吧。其实华尔街的收费模式和他们鼓吹的理论是有很强的相关性
的。不过这需要对历史做点研究才能想明白。 |

2. 关于猎头
求职先更新简历，上linkedin,准备面试。背景还可以，会有不少猎头联系你。我的经
验：面试十多家，自投朋友投30%，猎头50%，公司HR自己联系的20%. 拿到的offer都是
猎头的，悲剧的多数是自己或者朋友投的，原因我感觉是公司hr常把简历转到不对口的
组，面试不易有共鸣。一个组fail了，hr就不发别的组。猎头比较清楚公司招人的职位
，会把简历直接转给hiring manager。比自投好得多。
猎头质量差别很大。一共4-5个猎头递过简历。好的猎头不乱来，就递几个地方且之前

have 240V outlet there. We do have 240V for AC and stove, but don't have it
in the laundry room. Given this, should we buy a gas dryer and use the
current gas hook in the laundry room? Or should we buy an electric dryer and
have a 240V outlet installed in the laundry room?
I cannot be sure about the difference in long-term cost of gas vs. electric
dryers, but just feel that electric ones sounds safer.

pharmacy, ask the pharmacist which needles you should buy. There's a variety
of needles.

我大怒，说怎么能这样假设。你们这是在骗在偷。该公司说可以取消我的meembership并
在以后2-3天内推回所有的钱。幸好发现，不然他们岂不一直在偷我的钱。
这里个大家提个醒儿同时也曝光这两家黑店。
