治疗带来契机，但是代谢过程往往是牵一发而动全身，而其影响代谢的 原因也可能千
变万化，所以道路是曲折的，但是混口饭吃还是可以的。 |

，lung metastasis 被抑制，但细胞生长不受影响。
我这个基因在 breast cancer cell 里面 knockout 后，lung metastasis 几乎完全被
抑制。但同时，细胞生长也受到抑制。请问这种情况下，是不是得先考虑细胞生长对
metastasis的影响？

验做
得少些。 paper也不错，稍微弱一些 |

发帖数: 1 | 45 最近genotype一个cancer cell line（neuroblastoma）的microsatellite （tandem
repeat）位点
大概三个月前测的是这个位点是homozygous有6个repeat
然后最近重新解冻另外一个stock，start cell culture，测量同样的位点，居然成了
heterozygous，一半仍然6个repeat，另外一半成了10个repeat；反复做了很多遍，换
了所有的reagent生怕是contamination，但结果还是一样。
问了lab technitian，这个neuroblastoma在我们实验室都是一样的来源，他也怀疑这
个repeat是不是dynamics的
三个月前的cell line的passage不记得了
最近这个cell line的passage大概是p10
我想问下，cancer cell line的genome microsatellite难道真的会传代传着传着就发
生了变化？如此不稳定？ |

Suppose at passage 1 of cancer cell line, at certain loci, allele frequency
is 90% A and 10% B, that's what you mean by "并不是完全homogeneous"
Then keep cell passage and wait until P20, it becomes 10% A and 90% B, this
is genome instability that lead to more heterogeneity?
Is it because allele A itself directly being "mutated" into allele B, or
cancer cell carrying allele B compete better than allele A so B could
survive over A? |
