days.
pulling over is not a big problem, I got followed by police car when I drive
out state tag several times. as long as you do nothing wrong, cop even cannt
pull over you, cops just doing their job typing your tag and invest if you
are a potential crimer. you will not face more trouble at all.
the point is, how can cop know you are a visit or a new mover? they cannt.
And they cannt issue a ticket to you just by this.

I have to claim the 8K in 2009 and cannt do it at 2008(my closing day is
Dec 13, 2009) because:
1. My closing date is in 2009
2. 1040 cannt be claimed more than once (i tried to argue but she seems very
sure)
Also she mentioned IRS will take up to 16 weeks to investigate each claim as
IRS has identified high % fraud case, like a person in Cal has claimed 400
different 8K 1st-time buyer credit.

instruction at USCIS, they have a very clear process of how to expedite your
request.
The key highlights are:
1. dont use online since it cannt be expedited
2. Mark your envelop with "expedite"
3. Provide supporting documents
Due to my dad's health situation, I submitted my AP on April 11 and approved
on April 20. Following is my list:
1. 485 copy
2. Birth certificate to show the relationship between me and my dad

We are all busy people。
我从来不关心新闻，其实直到10.28游行的前几天我都没有搞太清楚发生了什么，只是
通过bbs的只言片语了解了大概。
我一向不关心政治，每次听到人因为政治话题讲到津津有味还是争到面红耳赤，我都在
心里默默的想，关你p事儿啊。。。是的，政治离我们太远了，而且很多情况下，we
cannt do anything about it.
我有着一贯不以为然的态度，心宽，most of the time, I dont give it a sh*t.
我也一直是lucky的，没有经历过任何因为种族不友善的言论。
很多人会觉得这是一个小事，为什么要在乎？

on the I-10,my gas was gone.i think there will be gas station.
but western texas is shit,the gas stations are closed in night.
and they seperated so far.at that time,i almost run 400 miles
with one tank gas.
so i have to stop on the highway from 2 a.m-7a.m.
then an american guy took me to a gas station to get some fuel
and take me back,he is so nice.
after i got gas,i continue to drive to a gas station to refuel.
