一般正教授有大额startup，不怎么会去抢seed grant
估计也是拿着UNSW的offer威胁要走（吃瓜网友们，又被当枪使了）
时间太短学校面子上挂不住, 最后一锤子买卖，院系花钱保平安，以后大概率不会投钱了
除非手眼通天，捅到校一级资助
nieng老师有这个钱狗延残喘，估计2021之前那个电竞AP都招不进来
错进一个学霸(ba1)，搞得一个学科方向4,5年都发展不起来
