的ER.可是因为我的心电图，胸透都正常，那个医生竟然让我吃了2片泰诺了事。我担心
是因为我父亲的家庭有严重心脏病史（兄弟几个都有心绞痛， 我大伯50岁就因为心绞
痛突发去世）。而且我平时要是劳累过度，也有类似症状，只是没有这次严重。周二的
时候我的胸痛指数有2-3， 其实周一的时候特别严重，感觉不知道下一秒钟还能否呼吸
的架势。在ER,我的指标唯一不正常的就是Potassium 偏低，医生还让我喝了一小杯液
体potassium. 我问她，我每天吃复合维生素，为什莫会low potassium, 她说不知道，
还说跟心脏没关系。可我回来google了一下，说low potassium 就会造成心脏问题，至
少有这种可能性吧。
我还看到两篇文章，一个是讲broken heart syndrome. 基本上就是普通心电图看不出
异常，也没有heart attack迹象，可是要是做cardiac catherization, 才能看出问题

as of chest pain, there are multiple factors when your doctor is considering
you case, from history, family history, ECG and labs, but even all those
you could still miss something serious,

aspirin is a must,
for other non-prescribed things, maybe coenzyme Q10 if you really are into
it, but it's kind of expensive though, bought one from costco last week, was
20 dollars for 90 tabs of 150mg each or something like that,
i was always told that flaxeed oil is better than fish oil,
i think vitamin E is out of window for now due to recent studies,
if he has angina while climbing steps, these herbal stuff probably wouldn't
help, need cardiac stress test, aggressively lower bp and cholest |

assume 冠脉搭桥 is CABG, and 支架 is PCI/coronary stenting,
by history CABG was the treatment till cardiology invented cardiac cath/
stenting, that pretty much took majority cases(income as well) away from CT
surgeons, so you see less and less CT surgeons nowadays,
medically speaking, if you have 3 vessels disease or you have left main
disease, or 2 vessels disease with heart failure then CABG is the best
option, otherwise they like to do PCI with stenting, as it's much quicker

negative, so your pre-test probability should factor into how you make your
decesion,

you're welcom, heart cath is cardiac catheterization, will give definite
answers on coronary anatomy, again there are risks associated with it since
it's invasive and contrast dye is used, but then again, i was told when you
receive the contrast there is a rush sensation that is better than
intercourse so it might be something to look forward to,

Do an EKG, only premature contraction with multiple origin or high frequency

Definitive diagnosis can usually be achieved by muscle biopsy. Nerve biopsy
is unnecessary with this kind of presentation.
standard EMG uses fine needle electrodes. in small children, this requires
right level of sedation plus quite some experience.
if this is not possible, there is surface EMG which is non-invasive but
gathers less information.

is a procedure where interventional cardiologists will map out the aberrant
circuit in the heart after inducing arrythmias, and then they will
