是造Capsaicin的原料。好处还不少，有抗炎止痛， 促进心血管循环，促进消化。我也
是到了美国才发现，从国内来的几乎没有不吃辣的（除了我），以前我室友， 湖南来
的， 吃饭就是西兰花加上老干妈。好处很多，当然如果有消化道溃疡的要当心，而且
也会可能对其他药物有干扰，比如抗高血压药，因为会产生catecholamine儿茶酚胺.有
兴趣的可以看看。

guideline. PCV should be given to all that have chronic cardiovascular
diseases,but they didn't tell me how they define the chronic cardiovascular diseases.
I agree that well-controlled HTN perhaps is not a risk factor that warrants PCV.

这几天零星看了些文献, 没时间详细综述，大概的印象如下：
1。“雄激素能增强老年人性欲和性能力”，是肯定的：

2。性活动和心脏病关系的研究，基本都局限在心梗；
3。一般人群中，性活动增加心梗发病率是肯定的，但是relative risk 不高；伟哥服
用者，性活动增加心梗发病率则相对严重，而且大部分没合用nitrate；
（1）没见到老年组的研究。
（2）也没见到雄激素补充者的研究---这一组之所以特殊，在于雄激素低减的患者，基
础代谢水平低，心脏功能相对较弱；突然补充大剂量雄激素，再让他风流快活纵欲无度
，更容易出现机体以至心脏的不适应，所以出现更多急性event。就好比一个监狱里关
了几年的犯人，突然给他大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击三天，然后让他去跑马拉松一样的效
果。
4。ED的两大主要机制：
（1）性激素水平降低，需补充雄激素；
（2）penile blood flow impairment，这种情况补充雄激素无效，需用伟哥治疗。这

作用，吃了可以防止心脏病和中风。 没有副作用是不正确的，当然小剂量应该没太大
问题。 问题是什么人该吃，什么人不该吃？吃了又怎么样？这个问题肯定是仁者见仁
，智者见智。
对中风的预防，我主张有症状的病人服用， 比方说TIA和stroke病人。 但如果临床上
病人有高风险发生中风，比方说众多的中风危险因素以及MRI的发现，我会使用阿司匹
林。 其他没有症状的病人，我是反对使用的，因为阿司匹林还是有副作用的， 而且没
有足够证据证明ASA可以预防原发中风。
对心血管医生来说，他们有他们的标准，病人使用阿司匹林是为了预防冠心病，与中风
预防无关。 Garland或其他心脏病医生可以谈谈你们的使用原则。

2006年发表於糖尿照护(Diabetes Care)，比较全素低脂饮食计画与美国糖尿病学会所
推广的醣类计算饮食，发现，两种皆能够有效控制血糖，然而全素饮食对血糖的降低比
糖类计算来的更加有效。作者 Barnard et al. 表示，全素饮食有效控制血糖主要原因
可能来自较低的热量及脂肪，在此情况下，全素试验组的体重降低较多，可能因此增加
胰岛素敏感度。 此外，高脂饮食，在之前的研究发现，可能造成肌肉细胞及肝脏细胞
囤积较多的脂肪，导致细胞对胰岛素不敏感! 而胰岛素不敏感是导致第二型糖尿病重
要因子。
提高胰岛素敏感度最好的方法: 运动，减重。
此研究中，营养师卫教全素组受试者，选择低脂食物，在醣类方面则是尽量选择生糖指

agreement to market its CE-marked KIF6 diagnostic test for use on Abbott’s

作为一个科学家，一个中国人，有这么个争议性大的热门课题，放过可惜了。90% 的工
作量是收集数据，但人多力量大，如果后来的收集数据多了，可以裁开发，力度更大。
