exercise will help muscle to increase the glucose uptake and lower the serum
glucose level,
if you are sedentary like myself of couse you'd get fatigued when you start
exercising, but in a long run it definitely is good from cardiovascular
stand point as well as daibetic control,
transient hyperglycemia from stress should not be a contraindication for
exercise,
and yes, it is a chronic disease that will stay with her for the rest of her
life, depends on how old she is, she needs to shape up |
