后才重新划分为classifieds的。另外careless是没法定罪的，所以没法因此起诉。
至于删除的信件，是说在很早以前就让contractor删了，contractor因为忙，没有及时
删。后来有报纸发现了备份还是什么的，就登报了。contractor看到报纸意识到自己忘
了删邮件，马上就把邮件删了。法庭看到报纸后意识到这些邮件备份的存在，发了传票
，可是似乎contractor并不知道这回事。
