我买卖过的房子，时不时就有CARPENTER BEE OR ANT，BUYER买了以后，都没有发现大
的损坏。一般从外观看不到DAMAGE的话，内部应该不会有太大问题。以上的结论是基于
我的经验，你的CASE以你的INSPECTOR的意见为准。
做TREATMENT是把CARPENTER BEE OR ANT用药杀死。所以，在药失效之前，CARPENTER
BEE OR ANT是不会回来的。

the owner claim there was Carpenter ant discovered in the sunroom 8 years
ago. and he claimed he kicked the ants away. is it a serious problem or is
that pretty common?
