晚上买完菜从店里出来，发现一辆Shopping Cart成90度靠在车子的右侧门上，就是
Shopping Cart的脑袋一头撞在我车子的2个门上。拿掉Shopping Cart，发现一个门别
进去了，掉了一大块漆，另一个门看不太清（停车场灯光很暗）。进去和店员说我的车
被Shopping Cart撞坏了，店员让我看门口的牌子“HMart is not responsible for
any personal injury or property damage happened in the parking lot”，说他们
不负责，让我找警察。
打了non-emergency的电话，说是report要等很久，但是可以以后自己去警察局file
report，当时头疼欲裂，而且明天要交差的东西还没做完，就先回家了。
回到家想想不对，他们的Shopping Cart把我的车撞坏了，怎么就没有责任了呢？车子
还很新，很心疼。。。不修的话没有漆的地方很容易生锈，又要破财了。。。 |

remember last year they sold these carts for $20 & they sold out pretty

cart, 停车场有坡， cart就滑过来撞到我的车， 对方态度到很好， 承认自己的错，
然后我把他保鲜卡拍照了， 结果警察来说这种事情因为跟对方的car没关系， 所以对
方保险公司不会有责任， 对方也不是故意的云云，我如果想让对方赔偿， 只能去
court等等， 最后我就给我保险公司打电话报了claim, 这种情况应该怎么处理?
警察说的也有一定道理， 跟他的车没关系， 但是此人自己不小心看管自己shopping

顺着风顺着坡冲着偶的车飞去，一大娘在后面追，可没追上。那cart（里面装了半车东
西）就重重的撞在了偶的车的左前侧。偶赶紧跑过去一看，车（才开了1万多迈）已破
相了。本想着停远点空一点，可以减少车门的磕撞，结果...。只好问那大娘要她的保
险卡和驾照，记下了她的名字，保险号，DL#，车牌号。然后，按大娘的建议一起去边
上的badyshop估个价，结果badyshop今天不开门。想着反正有了保险公司的信息也就让
大娘走了。
回到家，给她的保险公司打电话，结果，她的保险公司说对不起，这个不在保险范围内
，是shopping cart撞的，不是她的车撞的，所以不赔。郁闷啊。
更郁闷的是，给偶自己的保险公司打电话，说是可以赔（因为偶是全保）但自己得付
deductible,而且得记偶的事故记录。感情偶的车被别人撞了，还要偶自己出钱去修，
还成了偶的错了。结果那保险代理说，就是这样的，这就是美国！这不是成心气人么？
如此说来，如果那大娘不管的话（她只让走保险），是不是只能上法庭了啊？ |

1，居然让娃跪坐在shopping cart里？shopping cart里一定要坐好，两个腿在那两个
洞里放好，安全带系好，如果娃有挣扎着要起来的迹象就应该抱出来不给坐了。
2，居然让娃站在放在shopping cart上的cartseat里！这个技术难度很高，用脚想也很
危险有没有？我也奇怪周围居然没有别的顾客或店员指出楼主这样做是不对的。要是我
肯定会说了。
3，你推着个孩子还飞奔，我简直是无语了，你要撞了别人怎么办？
4，这条最重要，娃摔了后你没有马上带去看医生吗？哭了十几分钟是很厉害的了，一
般的摔不会哭超过两三分钟的。我觉得就算是摔的前额，还是应该去看看保险些，毕竟
那么高飞出去了，内脏什么的振动也蛮大。我小时候听说有个邻居的孩子跑着玩撞了一
