发帖数: 2284 | 2 今天第一次用新车单独骑了30miles，地形是mild rolling hills。发觉和旧车的换档
有很大区别。
旧车是用的compact chainring + 11-28T
新车是用的standard chainring + 11-26T
发现我在平路上，用到big ring时，后面居然要21或23T才不感到吃力。后来干脆用
small ring加11-14T。也许问题的根源是我最近太弱。
爬坡更惨，用到small ring和26T（最小的组合），有一个坡差点没爬上去。
现在有几个选项：
1. 什么也不做，等训练水平上去了，希望问题自然解决。
2. 把cassette换到11-28T
3. 把cassette换到11-32T
大家有什么建议？还有，如果要换cassette，买二手的单个22,25,28T是不是更划算些
？ |

，和一个chain whip。把lock ring 反时针旋下后，一套cassette就能拿出来了。 |

如果要暂时缓解,我觉得你可以加一个11-28T的cassettes. 新的Ultegra也就是$60左右
. 没必要买二手的. 因为不知道磨损情况.
11-32T的cassettes, Force的RD上不了. 还要换成Apex的RD, 麻烦太大, 我个人认为以你那边的地形来说没必要. |

个trainer室内
骑，在ebay拍下一个二手的magnetic trainer，卖家拖拖拉拉几乎两周时间才寄到，谁
知到这才是麻
烦的开始。。。。
Trainer状况还是挺新的，可是没有riser，检查了一转之后，要在trainer上骑车又买
了一下东西：

车得益于本版,而且第一次diy也从精华区得到了不少的帮助,所以想着把我的经验
写出来,让后来者受益,权当是取之于民,回馈于民罢.
最近新买的2001 corolla, 车上只有cassette,而我的88年的acura却有别人
送的cd player,看上去极为不协调.于是一直琢磨着要将他们换换个.可是看了某个
网站的介绍,发现要有很特殊的工具,程序非常麻烦,单拆卸就很复杂,于是就颇为
犹豫.前天下午在精华区搜索了一把,发现有个介绍安装音响的网站
www.installdr.com,上去一看,呵呵,居然有专门针对corolla的.仔细阅读了一把,
觉得没有先前想象得那么难,至少不会觉得连拆卸也无从下手了.
立马放下手里的其他活,直奔我的两部爱车而去.
首先拆卸corolla的cassette.原来看着这整个面板无从下手,看了介绍才知道面板
底下有两小孔,用平板螺丝刀一撬就出来了.这个面板出来后连带时钟,空调,紧急灯按钮
都出来了.这时拆卸cassette就很容易了,四根螺丝一拔,再除掉背后的线的接头就出 |

articles about measuring wear by stretch using a ruler.
a stretched chain wears the cassette and chainwheels faster. so if you are
using a red cassette, then you want to change the chain a bit more often as
the cassette is much more expensive than the chain.
you want to buy the best chain but not necessarily the lightest chain. I
only know sram and shimano chains so I can't comment on other brands.

是不是只要换cassette就行了?
还有是否要换整个cassette?可否在11/28上加几个圈???
主要是成本问题.
如果12/29是不是不用换derailleur? 为什么大家都推荐11/28而不是12/29呢?

都要切。
以前作knockout的时候，读过的资料是这么解释的：所有integration都是因同源
sequence导致的。一个圆的plasmid,一个点和genoome的一个点match后，integration
往往就是一个copy进去，而一个线性的DNA片断，往往会有很多拷贝进同一个点。你要
有两个plasmid，你就只能切了，不然，两个不同点的integration很难同时在一个细胞
里发生。我作stable,都切，希望一下子能多进几个拷贝。另外，环状的plasmid的
integration可以发生在plasmid的任何地方，如果正好发生在你的expression
cassette之类，就是integrated,也可能不表达你要的东西。
切点很容易，就是找一个酶位点，只要在你的expression cassette（包括你自己的基
因和selection marker)之外就行。你知道vector的来源的话，一般公司的网站上会有

后再通过A/V电缆接到receiver上，感觉这个对模拟信号有效。因为cassette player上
