周，又看了新的眼科医生，但是给的药属于category c，医生说为了防止risk，叫我用
药的时候按住
眼角，她说这样就可以防止药水只在眼睛里停留而不会被身体其它部位吸收以至于影响
婴儿。
不知道有没有她说的那么让人放心，万一药水还是被身体吸收了可咋办啊～
请教各位这种属于category c的药物我现在能用吗？总有些担心啊～还是我再等等，等

然后再美国国内转成O1。现在用O1 status工作。这项怎么填？instuction里没有O1，
连H1B都没有。大家怎么填的？
2. 我用J1来到美国做博后，不记得当时有没有申请过EAD了。应该是没有吧？

Currently I am going to swtich job and the job title will be changed from

我看到我的I485 Priority day 是2011年 （when my NIW I140 got approved),
我LD I485 的Priority day 是2012/11月。
我的category 是EB1B, 我LD的category是空的。

12/11/2012 上午是acceptance, 下午是decision, approved 到了晚上收到clock
stopped的notice
12/12/2012 律师收到office email说case approved （网上状态也改成approved）
但是仔细一看律师收到的信，Category写成了E21 （这个是EB2） ,其实应该是E12
（大家要仔细看看这个是不是正确的）
律师打电话给NSC，说转给了supervisor 调查，要是的确系统写错了，15-30天会给个
amended approval notice
有人遇到过这种情况吗？ 希望这是个小typo

我EB1A，绿卡已到手，到手以后快一年吧，quit了工作，现在在家复习考试。
同时申请的副卡迟迟不见回复，直到昨天面试的时候，面试官质疑我现在没有工作是否
还有资质为配偶办理。同时指着我的绿卡说我的category是E16，我配偶的category应
当是E17，还在最后的notice上面用红笔标了E17回来。
当时不懂E17啥意思，现在回来一查，E17指的是EB1B，也就是说需要雇主支持的啊。
E16的配偶本应该是E19啊。这可怎么办好！记得面试官的名字，可是没有他的联系方式
；给移民局打电话能有人管吗？眼看着下个月就又要开始排期了，这可如何是好啊！！

Or the main applicant has to call to confirm if 485 is not mistakenly
considered in EB2 category (not current for EB2 but current for EB3)?
