Bing cashback is supposed to show up only when Dell charges your cc and ships your order. Microsoft has no
way of knowing if your transaction is done unless Dell reports back, which it will not do until it ships your
item. I have done Bing CB literally hundreds of time and never once have I missed the CB. Only 3 times the CBs
were not reported and after I contacted MS they all showed up in the end. This led me to believe all the people

当时买Lenovo的时候用的bing，后来才知道BCB不能和ecoupon一起用。
今天在我cancel的情况下，lenovo把货ship出来了。
晚上居然看到bing出现了20%CB pending的记录。
如果最后这20%CB能兑现，当然我就不退了，否则就退。
联想客服说可以收到以后可以free return，他们付运费。
真是越来越糊涂了,到底要不要退阿。 |
