Interactive 提出 120 万美元的版权侵犯诉讼。
该诉讼称 CBS Interactive 的 ZDNet 中国（至顶网）在其网站上提供绿坝软件下载，
而该软件盗用了 Solid Oak 公司的 CYBERsitter 软件的代码。该诉讼指控 CBS 从绿

是因为CBS在报道大选时相对比较公正的（ABC，NBC都很偏老妖婆，特别是ABC）。只是
这个Leslie老太婆不识相，几个问题问的很不friendly：抗议的问题，追究老妖婆的问
题，等等。我要是创总，我就点名要CBS的Scott Pelley采访，Scott Pelley 是三大电
视网中最有职业道德，对创总最公正的新闻主播。
当初总统辩论第一场NBC，第二场CNN,ABC，第三场FOX，老妖婆唯一要求撤换的就是FOX
的Chris Wallace，可想而知。 CBS被安排主持副总统辩论，因为级别低一些，用了个
菲女，结果也是偏左。这样的总体安排肯定对创总和彭斯不利，不知道共和党为什么轻

这次火炬报道CNN极其偏袒，睁着眼睛说瞎话，把举红旗的人也解说成抗议奥运的。
但有些媒体还算公正，有人说WallStreenJournel很不错。
我发现CBS也中立（他们报道ZD在地图上找不到西－藏的丑事。）
后来细想一下，发现这些都不是巧合似的，
1）邓文迪是Wall Stree Journel的老板娘。
2）Julie Chen，国民党高官的女儿，现任CBS总裁太太。
看来华女外嫁异族高层的好处还真多呢！
