BANK it clearly mentioned that CCS comprises only 20% whereas MCQ accounts
for 80%.
I passed my step 3 with high performance on ccs and low on mcq , and my
score is borderline (19x). I definitely killed one patient. 3 of my other
patients I didn't handle very well (eg. pt with + FOBT, I did not give him a
colonoscopy). So as long as you follow the right protocol (eg. ABCD, BUOPI)

UW 52 online cases : 基础。最好复习早起找高手一起过一遍，尽快摸熟软件，进入
状态。第二遍找一位水平相近童鞋过一遍，不断总结protocol. 考前迅速做一遍，熟练
运用protocol.
UW 41 offline cases: 我当时和partner每个case仔细做一遍，虽然不像online有反馈
，但对练临床思维，补充protocol非常有帮助。最后考试与41 case有异曲同工之处，
遇到复杂case也不慌神。

也是有人在music版贴了他的几首原创，现在我的mp3 list还有几首
他的歌。但是随着比赛的进行，ccs的局限性也越来越明显。
一个是高音。没有任何假音，气息支持不够，纯靠真音顶着。
高音的共鸣点有问题，如果他学一点咽音的技巧，会好很多。
二是缺乏变化，也就是多样性。这点不但包黑说过，庾澄庆也提到过。
这方面SX的潜力就大的多。这个行业未来的竞争只会越来越激烈，
不但要能唱，还要会唱各种风格的歌，舞蹈台风都要有一定水准。
演唱会上，你不可能抱着吉他唱完一个整场，Bob Dylan的民谣
时代早过去了。
三是可塑性。ccs酒吧驻唱了7年，无论是风格还是台风都相当稳定，
也说明他很难改换类型。这方面WC和SX更有优势。 |

1. 周一到周五 EST 晚上9点- 10点学习MTB3。 。
要求是： 希望你已经考过STEP2, 有一定基础。 我会按ID 顺序排序， 这样也是希望
你最好之前预习或者已经掌握。 这样走起来比较快， 如果遇到问题， 大家一起讨论
弄清楚， 不留下任何盲点。
2. 周末集中时间专攻CCS
CCS： UW 和 官网上共有近 100个CASE。 我也会按ID 排序， 实现预习， 并且关键是
是谁的CASE ， 这个ID 一定要把可能的知识点弄清楚。 我有
两点前提： 1） 自己已经过过一遍 或者多个 CCS， 有了大概的感觉， 知道该怎么做
； 2）希望组员团结负责并且无私， 愿意分享PROTOCOL， 大家都考高分。

Preparation material: UWorldx1.5 times, MTB3 briefly, Google, wiki
Study Time: PGY1, 2 week vacation time (~8hours/day except one weekend) +2-
3 week (3-5 hours/day on no-call day, had one week NF, had hard time study),
mostly by myself, had several Skype discussion with friends for CCS.
Pre test score range: UW 50-70% Sim 227, NBME3 offline 73% (the day before
the test)
The first day is much harder than the 2nd day, I got many statistic

过7个月的时间. (Q-bank expires till Feb-06-2017, CCS expires till Feb-16-
2017). Self-Assessment form 一直都没有激活. 当初买了一年的时间，今天知道

发帖数: 410 | 21 我用的是UW CCS,里面有47个CASES都是用软件运行的。 对于这些，我基本上能做到把
病人都处理好转，主要检查和治疗大概能做到70％和标准答案符合，但是location，
clock moving却常常和标准答案对的不好，虽然不至于差太远，但是很少能够完全一样
的，当然我也没有犯过不稳定病人只管体检，或者急重病人还放在OFFICE这种错误。班
上考过的同学们能不能指教一下，大概要熟悉到什么程度？我记得有人说过复习CS时能
够问到70％ question list里的内容就全了，不知道CCS如何？ |

发帖数: 179 | 22 我的策略是ccs 47case至少3遍，每遍都把没有order的东西添加到自己的笔记里面，最
后再来回看几遍笔记。
真正考试的时间控制跟uw有点不一样，比方说通常不需要术后处理，只要叫对会诊，程
序自动结束。建议先去做一下cd里面的ccs，那个与考试一模一样。至于follow up的时
间，我通常自己没有什么idea，还得按照uw的来。
relocate病人，我觉得不一定要像uw一样处理到哪个特定步骤再转，只要脑子里有根弦
，er病人稳定了转floor，几个急重症去icu，其他office的慢性病还是office，就可以
了。
叮嘱一下，病名的拼写最好在考试前好好过两遍，我不确定可以用缩写。总之uw呈现给
你一个处理病人的理念和方法，真正考试的时候可能会遇到比较难的又从没见过的case
，得靠平时的积累和uw练习的体会来做。Good luck! |

1. 在那个5min screen出来的时候，让我review chart，这个时候可以删掉一些order
，比如病人稳定了，不需要npo了。我的问题是，我如果这时候在review chart里面删
掉npo，那这个order还算数吗？我的意思是给分的时候，会不会因为我把这个order删
掉了，软件就认为我在5 min screen之前没有下这个order？
2. 我发现在5 min screen的时候我不能translocate病人了。这个很诡异，一开始病人
在ER，我把他稳定一下了，然后观察了一个小时，就直接跳到5 min screen了。有什么
办法确保在5 min screen之前我能把病人转到ward里啊？（我总不能把order下完了，
都不观察一下病人就转吧）
3. 考过ccs的同学给说说，你们实际考试的时候的答案，和UW的处理的方式区别大嘛？
UW里面太多细节了，实在不好记啊。

是要记一下的。
这样你就知道什么情况下该把钟拨快点，以便看到治疗效果。多练些case，就慢慢会有
感觉了。还有我
感觉UW CCS和考试还是不一样的，UW中你必须要让病人好转或到了某个时间点，5min
screen才跳出
来，考试应该是到20分就跳出来了吧。

to go through UW CCS together every Sat and Sun in the morning( 7-10am) or
evening( 7:30pm-12am) or both. My exam is scheduled early in June.
I havn’t done anything with CCS, and just started today. Ideally, need to
find someone who has a similar schedule, and similar starting level so that
I won’t waste your time. Considering ~4 people if possible, and will start
next weekend(3/22,3/23).

告知迟到20 分钟. 对考试发挥有些影响.
2. CCS cases，UW 51 + 42 够了，临考前几天到各大网站看一下最近的趋势，考前一
个晚上把CD的6 个cases 再做一遍就可以了
3. CCS中如果遇到诊断不出的病例怎么办. 我遇到一个case, 怎么都诊断不出。最后做
了一个imaging test后马上知道结果。所以不要担心做不必要的检测。
4. MCQ感觉很像UWsimu 和CD的风格。

书都在讲一个Mnemonics.
这个Mnemocis 有三个版本, 分别适用于三种情况:
