另一封email,比较肯定的是无奖学金. 本来挺高兴的事情，可他有些为难.
他从ECE转行的，过两年就35了，没工作过，打算在美国做有关data，machine
learning的工作。
他几年前在学校和老师做研究时有过一点编程经历，计算机基础不算扎实，近两年没怎
么编程。担心cornell的 MEng的九个月（两个学期）学习之后，来不及提高，找不到工
作就得回国，或者找不到好的工作。
Cornell的学费很贵，$45,130一年， $22,565一个学期. 他需要想办法筹钱，有可
能借到，如果借不到，F1学生在美国读书贷款比较困难，他还不知道怎么办。
没拿到cornell ad前，他正准备申请NEU的CS master, 因为它的coop和seatle校区(貌
似现在不发boston校区明年春季的ad了）应该找工作比较有利，他自己觉得伸到的希望
还是有的. 学费应该也比cornell便宜些，另外如果能参加coop,也许还有实习收入。

我12月刚刚硕士毕业，在实验室干了两年，做过PV simulator 设计，Microgrid
testbed 的CAN通讯系统设计，跟着实验室的师兄做过DCDC converter，对半导体器件
测试略懂。会用LabVIEW，
Altium Designer，orCAD，PSIM，CCS，DSP，impedance analyzer, spectrum
analyzer。
之前一直忙着毕业的project，所以没有太多精力投入到找工作上去。学校的career
fair的时候跟着实验室的师兄们去了ECCE，结果又错过了找工作的好机会。都说女生比
较好找工作，可是现在毕业了都没着落，实在是着急。EAD卡已经 issue了，马上可以
拿到开始工作。求论坛上的学长学姐给个内推机会，不胜感激，我的email是：penny.

历到现在也没有什么offer。现在有一个叫CCS Global Tech的ICC联系我，说提供BI方
面的2个月培训和之后的工作H1B，要求是工作15个月，违约金1W5+。在论坛潜水多时，
也了解ICC的诸多事迹，所以心中稍有抵触，但是在美国的长辈说可以一去。然而其他
同学推荐我还是找个挂靠然后到加州那边刷题找工作。还想请各位版面上的前辈指点一
下哪个方面比较靠谱。
PS: 个人情况是在纽约这边，软件上SAS R和Excel等数据分析软件都比较熟悉，也有
SQL, python和C++的编程经验，但都是属于coursework的level。 |

Most CC would love to do this for you but they charge at
least 3% for this. Actually check your monthly bills,
a lot of CC company give you convinent check from time to
time.
If this is not that urgent, look around, there are many
0% intro APR CCs floating around. to name some,
discover, AmericaExpress,Chase,Citi,GM, blah blah. |

birthday is not correct and previous address is in other state that I have
never lived. There are more than 20 credit card account. However, I
personally only have 4 CCs. So every time when I apply for CC or loans, I
was asked to mail documents with supported evidence.
None of the three credit bureau has correct information on me. FT. |

I don't need to pay the CCs. :P
FIA amex cards are also OK. The refund showed
up later than amex's own cards.
